Dear valued clients of GoGo Grooming,

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for your continuous support and trust in my mobile grooming services. It has been an honor to serve you and your furry companions over the years.

It is with mixed emotions that I write this post today. As some of you may already know, I am sad to announce that I will no longer be providing my grooming services in our previous service area. While it saddens me to leave, I am filled with gratitude for the wonderful memories we have shared together.

But fret not! I have some exciting news to share! I am thrilled to announce that GoGo Grooming is expanding its horizons and venturing into new territory. I am delighted to inform you all that our new service area will be in Columbia, South Carolina, and the surrounding areas!

I cannot contain my excitement to bring my grooming expertise to this beautiful city and meet amazing new clients and their adorable pets. Columbia, get ready for a pampering experience like no other!

Starting from November 1st, I will be available for appointments in Columbia and the surrounding areas. Whether your furry friend needs a stylish haircut, or relaxing bath, I'm here to provide top-notch grooming services right at your doorstep.

We are thrilled to announce that it has been one year since Gogo Grooming opened its doors, and we couldn't be more grateful for your continued support and trust in our services. Your loyalty and the wagging tails of your beloved pets have made this journey incredibly rewarding, and we sincerely appreciate your partnership.
As we celebrate this milestone, we would like to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude for allowing us to pamper and care for your furry family members. Your feedback and trust have been instrumental in shaping our growth and improving the quality of our grooming services. It is our privilege to serve you and your four-legged friends, and we look forward to many more years of shared happiness and satisfaction.

In the spirit of continuous improvement, we would like to inform you about some changes that will enhance our grooming experience. For the past couple months, we’ve been getting a lot of dogs that have matted fur. In our best efforts to serve your pets' health, the mats must be removed. This is always done during your service but this means that our grooming appointments are running longer than they would if the dog did not have matted fur. This creates a cascading effect of being late for the entire day. Effective immediately, we will be utilizing the extended time charge for grooming sessions that require additional attention and care beyond the standard service. This will include dematting. The adjusted amount for this surcharge is $45 for every 30 minutes added to the grooming appointment. This change will enable us to allocate the necessary time and resources to ensure every dog receives the individualized care they deserve. We will try to utilize this charge very conservatively and it is up to your groomer's discretion whether this is justified. A new agreement will be sent that you will be required to sign stating the above mentioned changes.

Additionally, we are also adding a Mini-Groom Option. This will include all the bath options as well as a face/feet/belly and butt trim. This will add an additional 20 minutes to the service and cost an additional $20. This will go into effect immediately.
