It is time for our latest USDA Violation Report! We have adjusted our layout to more easily showcase the most egregious violations and warnings.

This quarter, 41% of the violations were pertaining to veterinary care or attending veterinarian/adequate veterinary care. The 5 states that appeared in our report the most were Ohio, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan and Wisconsin.

Our North Minneapolis Pet Resource Center (NMPRC) is in critical need of dry dog and cat food to continue serving the 100+ families who depend on us each week. 🐶🐱 Without your support, we won’t be able to keep providing this essential service to our community.

Every week, the NMPRC helps local pet families, plus we run 2 days of community outreach with our Mobile Pet Resource Center, bringing pet food and supplies directly to those in need. But our shelves are running low, and we need your help to keep this lifeline open!

This beautiful lady is Marigold. She's 1 & 1/2 year old Vizsla mix who found herself as an unclaimed stray at a local animal control. This girl loves hard and attaches to her human like chewing gum to hair. Are you starving for attention and in constant need of approval? Marigold is your own personal cheerleader who will follow you everywhere and explode in celebration over the tiniest of things you do. Just sitting down is rewarded with both paws thrown over your shoulders and her forehead squished into yours. She doesn't like being away from you for very long and doesn't like being in her kennel for too long either. She will call to you to come get her so she can be by your side so no homes with shared walls. Also no young children or elderly since walking around the house causes her to explode with joy which she expresses by leaping into the air as if she's going to jump over you. She is a hardcore cuddler and insists on laying with her cheek pressed against yours. Marigold is a special needs girl that is going to require the right home that has lots of patience and the willingness to work with her. We know you are out there!
