Happy National Pet Parents Day to all the wonderful pet parents out there, and a huge shout-out to all the fabulous pet aunties, uncles, and grandparents out there! 🐾 Today is about that unbreakable bond we share with our furry, feathered, and finned family members.

We see you—all of you who spoil your rescues like we do, who share countless photos and stories, all of you who may have laughed at the “He’s my biological dog” memes. Y’all, these creatures are not just pets; they are family. They steal our hearts (and sometimes our socks) and fill our lives with unconditional love and laughter.

You don’t even have to be a pet parent in the traditional sense to have the opportunity to love an animal you don’t live with. Today, we celebrate you and all the special roles you play in these pets’ lives. Your kindness, care, and the happiness you bring into these pets’ lives certainly do not go unnoticed.

Folks Who Wanna Felt - Thursday, March 14th

Gone to the Dogs recycled ♻️ wool felting workshop is back this week! For those lucky few who reserve a spot, you’ll learn the basics of wet-wool felting and handcraft a pet toy of your own. It requires some patience, creativity, and some refreshments 🍷 …but in the end it will all be worth it for your four legged loved one to get a handmade toy from their parent 🐱 ❤️ 🐶

Many who follow us or have visited our shop know first-hand that our artisans from Nepal have perfected the generational skill of wool felting 🐑 ⛰ Ever since we first opened up our doors in Brooklyn, we offered a recycling program for our toys. Find out more about our mission on our website!

It’s the Year of the wood 🐉 dragon!!!! It’s time for us to get activated, empowered and creative!!! 🐲

For our pets, more zoomies than snoozies!!! In honor of the Year of the 🐉 Dragon, we’ll be observing the 🌚 Lunar New Year & Lantern Festival on February 24th from 1-6pm and you’re all invited to join and shop with us!

Dogs in lion & dragon costumes are encouraged. Red envelope 🧧 treats for our loyal dog customers! Come by for treats for your pets! Happy Hour for pet pawrents starting at 5pm! Come shop, sip, slurp and celebrate our 3rd annual Lunar New Year event!
