Due to the already very hot weather ☀️ all grooms today are cancelled. I cannot safely groom your pups when it is reaching 26 degrees at 10am and It is set to get hotter as the day goes on.
I understand those booked in may be a bit fluffy but this is to keep everyone safe 🥰 I’ll contact those affected to re arrange for this weekend when temperatures are due to cool off a little.
Texting me abusive messages won’t make me change my mind unfortunately as a lovely lady has already tried. Your dogs health is more important than its looks. 🐶

As of today, bank transfers are no longer accepted as payment. I have spent my whole day grooming after being very poorly this past week and trying to catch up and only 2 people have paid. This cannot continue and is completely unfair. Those still outstanding have until 8pm this evening to sort this before I take action.
Cash or card only from now on please.

Unfortunately, people think it is ok to bring their dogs for a groom and not pay for the service or leave me chasing for hours after the groom. This isn’t fair. I don’t want to stop accepting bank transfer but I am going to say that anyone wishing to transfer the payment for their groom will need to do so before or on collection of their dog.
Cash is also fine!
You wouldn’t go into a shop and take the shopping with out paying straight away so please don’t think it is ok to do so to groomers 😢
