We explore every nook & cranny we can find access too, we love rolling somersaults every time we try to run, we wag our trails so hard every time we hear a human voice and we get fluffier every day! 🖤🤍🤎

These 3 are finally excited about eating puppy chow...it's crazy how different 3 pups are as compared to 10! They're so chill and full of milk all of the time, getting them to be interested in food has been an endeavor 🐾🙃 This morning they were so excited when I set their food bowl down! 🙌🏼

[Warning ⚠️ Longer Post, but thought you might want to be in the know]

If you've known our family for awhile, you've prolly seen that we're kinda crazy-DIY-hands-on-get-er-done peeps and as HooDoo shows above, the dogs are typically in the middle of many of the projects. 🙂

We all know our country has experienced some major disasters in the past 2 weeks. Last weekend our family's hearts were hit with what we were seeing and hearing from connections we have in North Carolina & Tennessee, and we knew that we needed to take action. God has blessed us with equipment & knowledge resources and the ability to take those resources east to be boots on the ground. The past 4 days have been spent planning logistics while trying to keep up with family life and preparing for a short time away, and guys, God has made a way with every single detail! It's been amazing to witness!🙌🏼
Nate, Jude, myself, 4 of our siblings and 8 other power servants from Wisconsin & Iowa are hitting the road with 5 large trucks & trailers loaded with road/disaster clearing equipment, communication equipment and other needed supplies. Our plan is to be self sustainable as we're there working, so we're taking all working/camping/living resources along. Excited to see what plans God has waiting to unfold for us!
Celia, Brynlee, Quentin, my neices and nephews, along with an amazing crew of family & friends are keeping the puppies thriving, the dogs trench jumping and the home-front functioning... teamwork is truly a gift! 🫶🏼

Hey crew... I've never had to write a post like this. I tried to get a side by side photo of Mesa and I, so we could make this announcement as a team. ☝🏼 This is the reality of how photogenic she felt. 🫤
Soooooo, this sweet girl has been in full on nesting mode for 3 weeks...popping belly, napping all the time, telling us all dramatic stories every morning of pregnancy emotions, etc. Well, at our puppy count x-ray, we found out the tearful 😢 news that it was a pseudo pregnancy. She was due yesterday, and I don't think she's really come to terms with the no babies idea. The photos very accurately portray her current "I need your attention" vibes.
Not gonna lie. The unexpected twists of the last few weeks with my precious mama's 🐾 has been a little bumpy for all of our hearts.
Just keep snuggling 🖤🤍🤎

They're truly Berner perfection!!
I didn't really have any litter theme ideas before Zion started whelping, and when we surprisingly ended at 2 rugged boys & a little lady, the Dukes crew popped in my head right away! I asked the kids for their opinion and they had no idea what I was talking about 😂
I've been doing some supplemental feeding for Luke & Daisy over the weekend, but all 3 are now nursing well and I made it to my bed last night instead of the whelping box cot, with pup checks every 2 hours instead of hourly 🙌🏼
Our family/household life & schedule is currently going at breakneck speed, so peaceful puppy snuggles are mixed with a constant latte mug to keep my brain functioning! 🔋
We're heading to the vet later this morning for our dew claw removal & first health check! Happy Monday!! 🖤🤍🤎

Everything went really smooth, and we're working on making sure everyone is latching strong and resting well! I can't wait to introduce y'all!

[side note...this litter is much smaller than expected...nature has been throwing me some unexpected breeding surprises this year. 🥴 Our waitlist has expanded significantly and this litter will be filled immediately. We're planning/hoping for another honeymoon soon!]
