I won’t post the pictures showing reason why our little senior is in his hamburger collar but I will ask that our fellow are on a leash.
We were not in a dog park, not in a park at all just crossing the street and an off leash dog ran across the street and attacked our little man. We rushed him to the hospital and after a few days he is doing much better.
(And milking it for all it’s worth) None of this needed to happen if the dog was on a leash on a Toronto street. No one should have to worry about a while walking down the street. Please protect all dogs by having your dog on a leash as required by law.
*the owner has been very apologetic and repaid the vet expenses.
