Meet Shelby.

She is currently with Kauai SPCA and is looking for a foster home, adopter or transfer partner. She doesn't have use of her back legs but is slowly starting to get some improvement with treatment and rehab. She is very easy to help and only requires someone who can help to lift her with her harness in the back(it's very easy). She loves toys and playing seated fetch. She is working on her wheelchair skills and rebuilding her muscles.
