Booking Admin
Hi everyone, I have a lot on with illness in the family atm and I’m trying my very best to keep everyone happy. We do value you as clients and I do want to book you in so please read the following:
The best way to contact is through this page. I do all the bookings so messaging Mike may not be the best way to get an appointment.
Please when booking state the yard address including POSTCODE and how many horses. Please also add if your booking is in a different name from last time or different from your Facebook name. It’s also a massive help to know if you’ve moved from last time. I’d say close to 50% of clients move yards on a regular basis and I do get confused!!
If there’s specific times you can/can’t do that’s really helpful too, please try to be flexible, Mike works a lot of weekends to help everyone the best he can 🙂
When I give you a time please reply promptly so I can then give a time to the next person on route.
Yards with multiple horses are much easier to book in advance, please group together on larger yards if you can. Obviously this saves time and petrol too and is better for the environment. We are extremely appreciative of those who organise yards 😘
For single horses/small yards please bear with me while I group areas together. You are just as important.
August is everyone’s favourite month for cancellations (in both my jobs not just Mikes business!) Please try your best not to cancel, it often leads mike sitting on the side of the road for hours on end. I can see through a fake excuse compared to the genuine ones. Cancellations less than 48hours in advance will be charged.
When you message you will go onto a list for your area, I will then try to accommodate everyone’s wishes as get back to you as soon as possible. Feel free to chase me up if I haven’t replied! I’m happy to be messaged evenings and weekends.
I am now booking for the rest of September and October - please message if you’d like an appointment 🙂
Thanks, Dani
