The very handsome Kiedis captured by Scotia M Photography definitely got another photo or 2 of this boy to come!

There hasnt been a lot about the boys recently and for that im sorry, as most already know Kiki has been suffering from an ongoing lameness although he has since been diagnosed with moderate arthritis in both his hocks, I am adamant this isn’t the sole cause! Its been a long few months with him not responding how we had expected & hoped to treatment, today we are off to Lanark for a second opinion & hopefully Andrew will work the same miracles on Kiki I know he has on so many other horses🤞💕

If all the horses behaved like Kylo on a daily basis my life would be a breeze! This wee man takes absolutely everything in his stride, first time leaving the others to come into the stables on his own today, little stop to stare at the big tractor and look adorable then straight back to it, we had a littls walk round the outdoor arena as well, absolutely cant fault him 🌟💕

Cuddles with D’artagnan in the sun this afternoon, as most people are aware D’art injured his eye in the field in September 2021 (the same day we arrived in France 🤦‍♀️) he was treated with lots of eyedrops and cream at the time before being cleared by the vet over there. I have had my suspicions since that it was still affecting his eyesight so we had the vets out last week to give him a once over. My suspicions were correct and he does have scar tissue where the puncture has healed that dosnt allow any light in, it also deflects the light coming in around it. The good news is that although it wont ever get any better it also wont get any worse! He has been coping incredibly well and I truly believe he will fully adapt to life with reduced vision as he is already doing such an amazing job! For me it is all about knowing so I can adapt and work with him in a way that suits him best, he really is a special boy with a very special place in my heart 💕

I think its finally time I introduce the best kept secret of 2020/21 after loosing Jago the time just hasnt felt right but I cant keep him to myself forever! Please welcome O.M.Gee Gee DCSH better known as Kylo! Kylo is Jagos full brother and absolutely does the best job any horse ever could of filling the space Jago left in my heart, he is equally cheeky and is also a master of the side eye! He absolutely never fails to put a smile on my face and I cant wait to keep you all updated with his antics as he grows up, Kylo has his own ablum full of photos as well! 💕

Moonshine looking beautiful as always in her new stable, after some time off we went a short hack yesterday and minus thinking she was a TB on the track desperate to start the race at the beginning she was absolutely fab, for how little time she has been under saddle I cant really fault her, hopefully it wont take long before she realises standing still isnt the end of the world 🤣💕
