In India, animal cruelty can take many forms, from physical abuse and neglect to abandonment, illegal slaughter, and exploitation for entertainment. These acts are not only heartbreaking, but they are also punishable by law.

It’s up to us to identify the signs of abuse—be it beating, starving, overworking, or abandoning animals—and take a stand. If you witness animal cruelty, don't stay silent. Report it to local authorities under the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (PCA) Act and help make a difference.
