Busy, busy! There's lots going on here at Twig & Nibble.... advent calendars to fill, gift boxes and toy bags to design, stockings for 'nice' bunnies (that's all of them then!) to stuff, tree treats to organise and Twig Central is getting hard to navigate as piles of pressies for all your bunnies are stacking up. 🎄The Christmas shop will open on November 3rd at 9pm.

We're expanding our range of toys this autumn - with several new items there are lots to choose from with some more in the pipeline ...... in this photo: Big O'Carrot, Hanging Munch Ball, Lunch Pod, Bang-it Pod and Willow Roll-it. All are 100% edible, no jute string (sometimes treated with chemicals), no cardboard or weird loofah stuff (both blockage hazzards) and safe for your bunnies to gnaw on.

Our Bunny Basics subscription is a monthly delivery of the essentials - 200g plantain, 200g dandelion, 100g dandelion root and a different toy or treat each month. This month's subscription includes our latest enrichment toy - the Lunch Pod. A perfect pod of victuals for the bunny who has places to be .... fennel, a kale leaf, carrot slice, chicory root and apple nibbles (for desert).

Okay - I'm sorry to do this to everyone when summer hasn't quite left us yet ... but when you are a one-person business you've got to be organised and get on top of things otherwise it all goes very, very wrong nearer the time (learnt from experience!) Doing this so early enables me to sell out and then re-stock in time as I am never quite sure how many to produce and I don't want to have any left over. Price includes postage and you may be able to add to this order nearer the time to combine orders - but i'll work that out later. With the National Rabbit Festival next weekend I am keen to have the calendar available and get a good idea of product numbers and so ...I bring you .... Can anyone help? I am going to the National Rabbit Festival and need some sort of payment means. I dont want to buy a card reader as this will be the only event i ever attend. I keep getting turned down - this was Zettle.... ive had a business paypal account for years so i dont understand this. What other apps can I use? Sum up is really clunky unless you have a card reader.

*Delivery update* Regarding Evri deliveries in my previous post I have discovered things are NOT Evri's fault at all! (That's a first LOL) I use Sendcloud to collate orders and they appear to have a technical problem whereby collection requests are not being triggered to alert Evri. I have got a couple of work-arounds now - courtesy of my two very dedicated drivers Sergei and 'beardy driver' (not asked his name yet!) so hopefully things are back on track and Sendcloud will get to the route of problem.

NOTICE: I've got an issue 🧐
My delivery driver is noticably absent and has not collected any orders since the 22nd. I only found this out when I got back from holiday last night to find my porch full of parcels. I had worked hard to get all
orders dealt with before I went away so I was fuming to come home to find them there. I complained and another delivery was booked for today but so far its still a no-show. I have moved some to Royal Mail and I considering doing the same with all the others (except they will only collect 5 at a time 🤯) I have emailed all the applicable customers but just wanted to put this info out for everyone.

I do get asked why I use Evri C2C and the short answer is that I have to keep the cost down to compete or I will lose customers. The long answer is incredibly dull and involves my rural location/how many parcels I send a week plus weight/size parameters and if I want tracking (yes I do
Because when u want to know where your order is I want to be able to tell you!) I rarely get problems considering how many I do send - just so happens that I have a problem this week! Please bear with me 🫣

New product! Dried Kale is a wonderful treat for bunnies - much loved and it is full of nutrients. Add one of two leaves once of twice a week - add to their hay-based diet to add interest.

The evening's pickings ready for dehydrating. Oregano, chamomile, cranesbill, roses and cornflowers. These all dry really well and keep their colours except the oregano which goes a bit greyish.

This brings me so much joy, for two reasons one being the colour and, two that I grew them from seed. Just one packet and i've had over 100 cornflower blooms. So much beauty in one small packet. These ate going to be dried and used to top some rummage trays. The dehydrator manages to keep this glorious blue better than natural drying in the greenhouse.

Our CLEARANCE section has some new products just added - including some burdock root which we are now unable to source from any of our suppliers ... but we do have a few packets of chippy bits left.
