Today Harper at nearly 9 completed all of the exercises for level 1 & 2 for the Certified Brewery Friendly dog with Drink With Your Dog! It was a complete blast provided so many real life skills as opposed to some of the other video title programs.

Unagi and tempura came for their last visit at the seniors home before they head to their new families. They were wonderful and brought a lot of smiles. But also exhibited wonderful appropriate behaviours during an alarm test. As you can see we’re unbothered.

Today we met up with our friends at Border City Bullies for an adventure walk with their new 12 week old Woodsie the American Bully Daughter and our 5 6 week old boxers. It was a bit chaotic but all the babies and humans had a complete blast

We have more than 20 active companion applications. Yet not one is interested in white boys. This is one of the most frustrating things as a breeder. They have the same health testing as their coloured counterparts, the same socialization, everything is the same as their coloured counterparts.
Unagi is our personal favourite, he is chill, sweet hilarious and wildly cute.

1. Are White Boxers Deaf?
Short answer. Rarely
Long Answer: White boxers are more likely to be Congenitally Deaf due to lack of pigment in the inner ear. Sometimes white and piebald puppies can be born deaf. Learn more here:

2. Are White Boxers as healthy as other colored boxers?
Yes! They have the same genetic make up as all of their coloured littermates. A white boxer puppy has the same health probabilities as the rest of the litter.
3. Do I need to put sunscreen on my White Boxer?
If you are planning a big day in the sun, we always put a bit of sunscreen on any dog with pink nose bridges. The hair there is very thin and doesn’t offer much sun protection. Otherwise, they need no extra sun support other than healthy hot weather choices. Their coat protects their skin from the sun like any other dog.

We get a lot of questions of what we feed our puppies. This is a sample meal including supplements. Often times we ad Raw as well but right now we’re doing some cooked food toppers. We like to feed puppies in slow bowls to make meals a bit more enriching and challenging
We learn new things everyday. Since Kanye could walk he’s been very diligent about using his potty boxes so we have allowed him to just interact with the adults most of the day. We find he is incredibly patient and polite with the adult dogs and is much less rude then typical nearly 6 week old puppies. With a clear understanding of their boundaries even the few adults he’s met of other breeds. I am very eager to see how he tests on his APET.
This post comes courtesy of a couple rounds of 2am puppy Marco Polo. Kanye jumps out of his box, proceeds to scream like sonar. We groggily search our bed room for him in dark, return him to the box, repeat. 4 rounds so far and counting. Watch for his apartment upgrade in the morning 😉

We often Joke that “Dad Chris” is the closest thing to a littermate to poor Kanye. Ad a singing hamster and it’s pretty darn close 😉
