Ride #2 on Tucker today! He is the best boy! I don’t really ask anything of my c**ts the first few rides because my focus is just on making it a positive experience and teaching them that riding is fun, not just hard work and stress! That being said, he already stopped every time I said whoa even on ride 1! Today we added a tiny bit of steering and he learned that clucking means go! I just love this c**t ❤️ Also, can we talk about how I’m wearing a t shirt in January in Idaho! I’m loving it!

Day 6 = First ride on Tucker! It was super windy, neighbors were shooting guns, it was terrible timing but he didn’t care at all! He even stopped every time I said whoa. I am so proud of this c**t and so excited for his future 🥰

I’m so proud of Tucker, my new c**t!
I have only had him for 3 days and today I was able to sit on him! Definitely the born broke type, he is so sweet and nothing bothers him.
When I got him on Monday he had no ground manners, would try to walk right over the top of me and couldn’t lunge without trying to stop, bolt, or change directions without being asked.
I am so excited for this guys future.
He will likely be available in the spring so don’t miss out, this is a good one ❤️

I put the first few rides on Jo a couple months ago but then gave her time off to wean Ranger. She became a completely different horse after weaning (understandably) she actually has energy now! 😆 This week I started really working her again and finally hopped on today and had the best and longest ride yet! So proud of this mare ❤️

I got Arrows tag off!🎊🎉🙌🏻
It may not seem like much because I’ve had him for 27 days but I have had very limited time to work with him. Arrow is a naturally very nervous flighty horse so for him to trust me after only the handful of sessions we’ve had together is huge!
This big sweet guy is so special and I can’t wait to continue growing our bond ❤️

Picked up Arrow today! I am absolutely in love! His face is pretty cut up but it’ll heal soon ❤️ He is pretty nervous and flighty but that just makes gaining their trust all the more special 🥰 I’m so excited about this guys future!

Jo has come SO far in the last couple weeks! She let me trim her hooves, learned how to lunge, took a saddle without even batting an eye, and gets to be turned out in the pasture now! I am SO proud of this mare. She is so sweet and smart! My husband now jokes that if I don’t keep her, he is! 😆 Ranger has also gotten SO big, he is built so nice!! I am so blessed to have these two ❤️❤️

I unfortunately have to wait 2 months to pick him up but I can’t wait to meet this hunk!
I certainly was not planning on getting another mustang but how could I pass him up! 😍

I truly can’t believe that Jo has still not foaled!!
One minute I think anytime now and the next I’m like ok at this rate maybe another month 🙄
At least she’s pretty ❤️ I love her more every day!

My mare Bliss in the wild! She was previously gathered in 2015 but was released and was gathered again in 2023. She is from the Hard Trigger herd here in Idaho.
The big bay that is in a couple photos with her is the sire to baby Kismet ❤️
