Tom Foley Show Jumpers

Tom Foley currently works for Andy Kocher, beginning the partnership in February of 2019. Tom is proudly sponsored by Voltaire Design, Top Jock Tack Boxes and Free Jump USA.

Andy Kocher has given Tom a unique opportunity, to train and manage a group of top-quality competition and sales horses. Since February, where he began at WEF in Wellington, Florida, he has traveled and competed successfully in many locations across the United States. Their first stop was at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, KY where Tom won many blues in the 1.30m, 1.40m and results in the National Grand Prix’s throughout the summer circuit. They made trips to Brownland Farms in Tennessee, where Tom piloted multiple mounts to top ribbons. He won the Welcome Stake on Damokles, and placed 3rd in the Grand Prix. He also finished in the top 10 in both classes on several other mounts. Soon after, they traveled to HITS Horse Show in Culpeper, VA. There he won both the Welcome Stake and the Grand Prix on Damokles. Next up was a trip to Kansas City, MO for the American Royal Horse Show. Again, Tom dominated the classes placing second in the $20,000 Grand Prix on Darius De W, second on Damokles in the $25,000 Grand Prix and placing in the top 10 on several other mounts in the 1.30m and 1.40m classes. Tom settled in to spending the winter circuit in Cypress, TX. Upon arriving, he spent three weeks showing at the Great Southwest Equestrian Center with much success. Achieving many top results aboard Damokles, Darius De W, Chacolbet and Luxus Liner S. After a busy three weeks in Katy, TX Tom made a quick trip over to Waco, TX for the Christmas show at the Extraco Events Center. There he piloted his mounts to three consecutive wins in the Welcome Stake, Stake Class and The Grand Prix. Tom truly out did himself during his trip to Denver, Colorado for the National Western Stock Show. He and Damokles topped the competition in all three top level jumper classes offered. The pair won the Gamblers Choice, the Welcome and the Grand Prix. Tom continued his winning streak as he returned to Texas. He and Damokles won the Welcome and placed 2nd in the $10,000 Stake. In addition, Tom was 3rd in the $10,000 Stake on Volauvent Des Etangs. He finished off a successful week placing 2nd on Chacanntus in the Grand Prix. For the remainder of his time in Texas at the Great Southwest Equestrian Center, Tom was an incredibly strong competitor, winning and placing in almost every $10,000 Stake class and Welcome. He placed in every Grand Prix including a 2nd in the $50,000, 7th in the following weeks $50,000 and 4th and 11th in the $100,000 finale bringing his time in Texas to a close. He has since traveled to Roswell, GA but not without making a quick pit stop along the way at the show in Gulport, MS where he racked up some great ribbons with some new sales horses added to the team.

In the upcoming weeks, Tom will be basing out of Roswell, GA and use the downtime we are all experiencing to strengthen his horses flatwork, cavaletti and gymnastics training. Keep following our page for the latest sales horses and results! If you are looking for an experienced rider at the top level to pilot your mount or aid in the sale reach out to us. Tom is also available to take on a select few students at any level of the sport.
