Life is crazy over here at A & J. We have Pumkin and Max here with us for a little while and Tilly could not be happier. J and I would be happier if it would stop raining and our yard could dry out!

I know this page has been quiet but we have still been busy and booked making sure all the pups we watch have a great vacation! We have had the pleasure of watching Kygo, Zoey, and Gary R***r again as repeat friends and then Tilly Grace got to meet new friends Noble and Yuma!!

Gary R***r and Zoe having some morning play before breakfast and I head off to work. Zoe is a super shy girl and prefers one on one play so to make sure she is getting play time ill switch the dogs in and out so she only has one friend to play with at a time. This is why Tilly Grace isn't in the video lol

I know that summer is coming to an end and school is just starting but just a reminder to try to think ahead about booking for fall break! We have a limited amount of spots - make sure you book early to make sure your sweet furbaby is taken care of during your next vacation!

I have been really bad about posting pictures and videos but life has just been really busy for us! However, we have still been able to soak up all the puppy snuggles during this busy period.

OWNER FOUND! Found another senior dog wandering around Pennsylvania Avenue here in Jeffersonville.. poor thing is hot and we need to find his home asap as I have other dogs and I can't have him interacting with them since I don't know his status. He needs somewhere cool to hang out!

We have so enjoyed getting to know Gemini this week! He was a shy boy when he first got here but over the week his personality came out and he was so sweet and loved to play! ❤

At the beginning of Geminis stay he was super shy and didn't want to play at all. However, with Tilly Grace she always convinces her new friends that playing chase is always a good idea 🤣

This little girl we watched back in October in our home. She is not a fan of sharing her space with other pups so this time I drop in to spend some time with her while her parents took a little trip.
If you are close enough and your pup isn't a fan of other dogs but I'm already booked up I will come spend some time and make sure your pup is OK in your home while your away.
I only recommend this if your only gone a day or two like Zoes parents.

I got to spend a week with these cuties in their own home. They were perfect and we spent a lot of time cuddling on the couch and watching t.v. ❤

We have been very busy over here which we are very grateful for! Hopefully I'll have some pictures up soon of all the wonderful pups we have had the pleasure of watching!
We are pretty much booked until middle of August at this point. There are a few exceptions if you have booked with us before and we know your pups or if its for just a long weekend or short amount of time.
Just a reminder to book early so we can make sure your four legged family member has a great vacation too!

HOME NEEDED
This is Eve! She was born Christmas Eve and needs a home that has time to keep up with her energy level 🙂 her mom is a husky mix and her dad is unknown but pretty sure she has blue heeler in her!
She needs a back yard to be able to run off some of her energy. She is super dog friendly she and Tilly Grace are best friends! She is also fixed and up to date on her shots. She is used to being in her crate and being alone during a work day.
Since she is still young she would do best with a family with older children.
I love Eve to death and would totally keep her if I could get my husband on board lol
She is the sweetest thing just needs a home that fits her energy level and is patient with her as she works through the puppy stage!
I am offering to keep her for free for her forever family when they go on vacations!!
Please help me find Eve a forever home and a home where I still get to see her and she gets to play with Tilly Grace!

We know how stressful fireworks are for your pups especially if they are also in an unfamiliar place. So we have a dedicated room with relaxing dog music playing and a night light to help calm your dog and let them have a safe space away from the noise.
Our job is not only to keep your furbaby safe but also try to make them as comfortable as possible.
*neither of the pups in the video were locked in their crates they just felt safe in them*
*we only crate the pups if that is their normal bedtime routine or approved by the owner*

Big shout out to the J (Jared) in picking up the slack as I've been down for almost a week now with some sort of bug.
Without him I wouldn't have been able to watch these lovely pups the past few days.
Thank you everyone who trusts me (even sick me lol) and Jared to take care of your babies.
A big thanks to Kygo, Zoe, Lulu, and of course Tilly Grace for being the best cuddle and nap buddies around!

Rumpy is so sweet and gentle with Tilly Grace. It's a little nerve racking when Tillys head fits inside rumpys mouth but I never worried about her getting hurt because of how sweet and gentle he was with her even when she was playing rough ❤

I don't have a ton of pictures and videos from Mr. Rumpys stay with us because of me not feeling well. However, Tilly has gained another great friend! Rumpy is a true gentle giant ❤❤

Big or small we accept them all! As long as they are nice and down to play with Tilly Grace!
Welcome Rumplestilskin aka Rumpy! He is a big boy weighing in at 140 pounds!
Tilly was a little hesitant at first because of his size but it didn't take long for her to warm up and want to play!
Rumpy does have some food aggression so we will not be taking any other dogs while he is with us since this is the first time we have watched him and we want to make sure everyone stays safe and happy!
*we will watch dogs with food/toy aggression we are just super careful and make sure we do our due diligence making sure we take extra precautions to keep everyone safe. We do not book dogs with any type of aggressions or issues with other dogs for safety reasons*

Just a reminder why we take meet and greets so seriously at A & J Pet Sitting. We had a dog come over today that is normally very dog friendly. Something about how Tilly was trying to play didn't sit well with him and he started aggressively biting Tilly.
Thankfully, Tilly was not harmed and we got them separated. Tilly is happy and is enjoying some ice-cream as a treat.
Remember when you are looking for a dog sitter if they have other dogs make sure you schedule enough time to be able to make sure the dogs are compatible and if not you have enough time to search for a new sitter.
Safety and well being of Miss Tilly and the other dogs we watch is our top priority!

It has been so hot we haven't been able to play outside as much but tonight was a bit cooler and had a breeze. I love how much fenway has come out of her shell since being with us! Little man likes to observe and make sure everyone is playing fair!

A & J has a full house this weekend.. the two pups are loving all the play time it's a bit toasty outside so we are only doing short spurts outside.
The other two just aren't sure what to think about the crazy puppies. They enjoy when the pups are in naptime and they can rule the house uninterrupted 🤣

Mornings at A & J consist of wanting morning cuddles but also wanting to play.. so their solution is play on top of Abbey 😂 I always monitor the play time to make sure the dogs are playing and not hurting each other. Tilly is a lot tougher then she looks and is normally the bossy one of the pair.. I wonder where she gets it from.. 😂😂
