my dogs are mad I forgot to make more cookies today so they are scolding me so I will make a special cookie tomorrow so they will be happy. they really love them and so easy to make.

this is an easy way to make poppers. pre mix ingredients roll into log. wrap in foil and freeze for later date. take out of freezer let thaw a bit then slice and bake no mess so easy and quick. if you dont want to cook the whole batch just roll freeze thaw cut and bake awsome

have a flexible cookies sheet a very sweet friend and customer gave me last week. tomorrow I am going to use it to make bone shape cookies. my kids are out of cookies and begging for more. so I am going to make a double batch.

I was making cookies the other night ran out of time to finish baking. so I put the dough in the refrigerator. today I pull it out to finish. the dough was to cold to work so I put it in microwave for 2 minutes. came out soft but a little dry. rolled it out the last few cookies I had to add a couple of drop of water to work the dough. they are baking now and smelling good. I have a lot of help in the kitchen.

Monday I will peel the sweet potatoes and put them in the dehydrator then after they are dry I will powder them haven't tried this yet so yep another experiment on the way.

well I think the sheet cookies would of worked if my mother had not of distracted me and I over cooked them. I wanted crispy but not that crispy. so tomorrow I will try it again maybe I will try using pizza cutter after they are pressed on the cookie sheet to get the size cookies I want, update to follow.

new idea. first trial. trying to make puppy poppers as sheet cookies this is the beginning. thinking less time in kitchen so we will see how these go. this batch is carrot cookies.
