I haven’t posted in a few months but we have been out pet sitting, trimming, and grooming!
Here’s a quick few highlights:
Elle, Luke, Cayman, Shadow, Tank and one super cute chicken who definitely didn’t poo 💩 in my hair the day after I took that photo 😂💕

When we blame our dogs for the way we feel, we cheat ourselves of the opportunity to find out who we really are.

When we feel triggered, we can ask ourselves why. Because we have resistance against slowing down? We need to feel in control? Our reality isn’t matching our expectations?

I often talk about staying curious about our dog’s behaviour, but meeting our own behaviour and emotions with curiosity helps too.
