Otto is a rescue who wandered into our neighborhood and our hearts! He was skinny and abused when we took him in! We have given him loads of love and he is very cuddly! He thinks he’s a small Chihuahua. LOL We have had him since he was 6 months old and this January he will have lived in Chimney Hill for 5 years. He is completely black without any white markings and weighs approximately 70 lbs. He is a lab mix and a stealer of hearts!
