The last horse I bought cost 50k, No I didn’t try it or vet check it.
Last week I spoke about the horses, they were getting “softer”...... You wanna know whats the softest? Humans buying horses.
This is not wal mart, there is not a guarantee or a 30 day money back deal.

When I have a professional call about a horse these are the questions they ask in this order.

🌟 What medication does he / she require?
🌟 What all do you inject and how often?
🌟 Tell me what you do thru the week to keep that horse sharp and winning.

When joe blow calls these are the questions
🌟 I have 15k we wanna win
🌟 must be under 10yr old
🌟 cant require vet work or meds

The professional never ever calls in 30-60 days wanting a refund... Joe Blow on the other hand makes you feel like you are the bad guy. Says you sold them something they didnt buy... Joe Blow though has got a BS farrier and the horse has lost 200lb.. To top it off Joe Blow wants you to bail them out, they want you to get them all there money back. Now never mind the fat horse you sold them now has lost 200lb, feet suck and probably have ulcers.

People you are GROWN, when you write the check it is now your animal. Buyers remorse is your issue not the seller. Most of the time you buy from someone who will tell you that you/ your kid rides awesome and so one.
Stop wanting people to blow smoke up your ass and seek that sellers advice. Even if seller says hey Id buy something different or I dont think this is a fit.

I am not saying go buy a 50k horse without trying or vet checking but what I am saying is thats the new normal!

I bought a winner so its my job to carry out what they did if I want to win also.

I see people daily go spend 20-35k, theyll buy 2-3 and there kid still cant get out of the 3D.
Go ask the person that’s winning for help!!

I sold a horse to a friend recently $8500, she has been top of the 1D in tough Texas competition. Like last week hundredweight of entries, most NFR gals.. she out there killing it on her $8500 horse.
I get those in all the time, yall dont buy them because they are too cheap... NO YOU PUT IN CHEAP efforts!

4 months ago I sold a starved mare to a friend. Like when she got here she was emaciated.. Fast forward 4 months she Won a JP last week 150 horses I believe?!?

Before I leave you, the horse pictured.... I didnt vet check him and he outran most of you.
How’d I win on him? A Round-pen... yes never hardly rode him. Now there are too many treat giving tree huggers out there for me to explain his program.
Was it torture? Hell no it wasn’t but most wanna give one a treat instead of spend hours in a round pen...

We are located in Forepaugh, Arizona about 15 miles west of Wickenburg. We have campers available to rent as well as horse stalls. We have a roping arena that our guests are welcome to use as well as a pro on site.
