How was your Sunday morning? Warm in your pjs? Lovely hot cup of coffee? A little TV before getting the kids up and started on their chores?
Nice.

Not me! Hustled in Kansas to get pups taken care of before the storm came, hung out with the barn cats, chickens, ducks, guineas, roosters, and goose in Missouri while it was booming overhead and pouring like mad, then moved myself quickly in the rain for the next round of chickens, pigs, and another outdoor cat who was smart enough to be somewhere out of the chaos. The steer too, he was hiding away out of the chaos.

My hat is soaked. My rain jacket is super wet. My jeans are sticking to my legs. My muck boots have all sorts of unmentionables on them. My glasses are more dirt and dust and rain than glass at the moment.

But I showed up cause the critters needed me. 🐶🐱🐔🦆🪿🐓🪶🐱🐷🐱🐮🐔 Lots of critters! 😳 Have I told you recently just how much I love what I do?! ❤️❤️
