This is Simba having a well earned nap after our training session. We concentrated mostly on his bite inhibition.
Biting is very common in young puppies as they explore the world with their mouths. While gentle nibbling during play is okay, bite inhibition should be taught early on.
DM today to teach your puppy to have a gentle mouth.

This cute as a button boy is Loki! Adorable as he is, he sure knows how to use those sharp little teeth and claws. We got started on some basics such as potty and crate training as well as bite inhibition. Can’t wait to start on some obedience with this clever little boy.

The light coming through the door hit Bo’loz just right to give him this rainbow effect. This sweet little Frenchie was refusing to walk on leash, his family was already using some great techniques but he simply wouldn’t go. We had to get creative and after a week, he started to show some progress!

This is Piper, a very sweet little rescue that has found her home. We worked on some basics to get her started including name, touch, loose leash, off and more.

Kaya is such a smart puppy, she catches on so quickly to all of her training. We reinforced some previous cues and introduced some new ones. She is well on her way to knowing all her puppy basics and get started on a few advanced cues!

When is the best time to start your puppy on training? Right away. It can take your puppy a bit of time to adjust when coming home, but setting boundaries early can set your puppy up for future success. Have a new puppy and want to get started? Send a DM and I will be happy to help!

This is one of the happiest pups ever! We worked on impulse control around jumping, mouthing and door darting. We also started working on paw just for fun. This clever boy figured out how to stay in “place” very quickly.

This is Calla and Denver! Denver, the little guy was a rescue and had recently joined his new family. Although we worked in many things, potty training was the big one. After a few hiccups, I’m glad to say Denver caught on and was successfully potty trained.

Sometimes when bringing home an older puppy or even adult dog they are not trained to do their business outside. They may slip away and find an area in the house and leave an accident that you find later. Some dogs may even go in their crate or on their bedding.
