Breakfast Burrito
Italian sausage, egg, bacon, cheese rolled up into a hot breakfast to go.
Rancher Breakfast
Eggs, ham, sausage, hash browns, toast and buttermilk pancakes.
Lunch/ Diner Menu
Bacon- Lettuce-Tomato
4 slices bacon, shredded iceberg lettuce with slaw sauce and two slices fresh tomatoes on toasted homemade bread.
Classic Rueben- with Smokey Twist.
Smoked corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut house mustard.

Garlic & Dill Gnocchi with farmer sausage.
Smoked farmer sausage, Garlic Dill Pickles & 3 cheese blend with salt & pepper.
Papa's Turkey Tacos
Ground turkey, cilantro, salsa and Guacamole homemade Turkey Taco Sauce.
La Casa Pepper
Stuffed Peppers with Spaghetti squash.
Bison & Beef Mexican Rice with spaghetti squash olive oil, tomato & feta.
The Full House-
Stuffed ground beef with 4 cheese risotto packed into red pepper, with two scoops of mash potatoes with a creamy white sauce.
Grandma's Meatloaf Supper-
Lemon sweet potato and classic Chicken stuffing with gravy.
Pan fried then traditional oven baked meatloaf with Greek inspired lemon sweet potato.
With homemade bread.
Chicken Dinner- Grilled Cajun Chicken breast with our side of Manitoba grown sweet potatoes and a side of fresh house steamed vegetables.
The Chicken Schnitzel- Pounded & Double breaded pan-fried Chicken Breast with a side of house fries and a large portion of cold potato salad.
House Lasagna- Our fresh Handmade lasagna noodles layered with spinach, ricotta, beef, champion mushrooms topped with our house blend of spices, mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Served with 2 Garlic toast.
Smoked Mac & Cheese- Creamy 4 cheese Macaroni with bacon and our house pork sausage topped with cheese & breadcrumbs baked to perfection.
The Big quesadilla -Two flour tortillas stuffed with mixed mozzarella cheddar cheese with your choice of chicken, ham or ground bacon in a blend of fresh Ortega peppers grilled to perfection.
Nacho burger with 2 Mexi-Beef patties with jalapeños, Swiss cheese, sour cream, chipotle mayo with lettuce, refried beans, salsa and guacamole.
Cowboy casserole- Tater Tots, alfredo mozzarella cheese, beef, h**p hearts, spinach all layered together with a side salad & a bun.
The Joey pouch- Spanish rice, cheesy beef, jalapeños, onions, mushrooms peppers stuffed into a calzone.
Shrimp Canapeà - 10 Baggett with Cream cheese, our house seafood sauce serve with a shrimp on top.
Wrap of the Gods- Cubed Chicken breast with shredded carrot, lettuce, tomato onion shredded cheese served with our special house sauce.
Meatloaf Sandwich- A thick slice of our juicy house meatloaf on a bun with a side of mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce and choice of cream gravy or traditional beef gravy.
Kielke & Schmondfat- a large portion of egg noodles topped with cream gravy and a side of hot smoked Mennonite farmer sausage or ham served with a bun, fried onions & rhubarb sauce.
Dessert Menu:
Chocolate Devil Shake- Chocolate Gelato served with dark Belgium chocolate, Greek yogurt, and cannoli filling. Blended together with ice for a delicious treat.
Chocolate Bannock Donut- filled with a cannoli ricotta cheese, cinnamon filling dipped in chocolate.
Mini Cheesecakes- 3 hand made mini cheesecakes. Made with family pie dough recipe. chocolate-caramel, vanilla-hazelnut, strawberry-raspberry. Served with a scoop of mascarpone gelato.
Banana Cream Piecycle- Frozen banana cream pie cut out, dipped in chocolate rolled in caramel sweetened nuts mix on a stick.
Apple Delight- Deep fried apple rounds battered fried covered in brown sugar and cinnamon shaped like a flower served with a scoop of gelato.

Soft Gingersnap Cookies
Yield:
5 dozen
4 cups sifted all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons ground ginger
1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 cups shortening
2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup dark molasses
2/3 cup of sugar & cinnamon mixed
Form into balls push down flip threw sugar & cinnamon mix and bake it @ 350° for 10-12 mins.
My favorite dish is fresh dill basil bed with nice lemon pepper smoked Salmon with a garlic & dill Gnocchi. What's your favorite dish???
