This 11 strand tied breast collar is made with Los Brazos for the main body color! The design has sandstone, black, and prairie sage! I chose engraved Jeremiah Watt hardware.🙌 It is standard Horse size with roller buckles on the tugs which adjust 6"-10" on each side.

This adorable 31 strand cutter cinch is made for small colts, ponies or mini horses! It is a great big 18.5" long, is double layered with nylon sewn in reinforced center dees! These are nearly impossible to find in this size and quality! You are getting a custom twist color that only I offer that is made up of Springtime in Sedona, sandstone, dark brown and natural. The center is wrapped in coral mesa!

Hey Everyone!! Nothing like a record breaking winter storm to knock the cobwebs off my frame!

Just kidding! But seriously, how are y'all?! I'm sure you may have been wondering what happened to my hoppin little mohair gig?! Well, it is still here. I am still here! I just had to take a break to prevent some burn out from a hobby side hustle that I love so very much! Forgive me for my absence! Although I'm not ready to open my books for custom orders, you may keep an eye out as I randomly decide to free build a piece to let some creativity flow from my fingertips! Those pieces will be listed as I've always done on my page with at least a 24 hour warning and sneak peak!

Isn't this beautiful full ALPACA cutter cinch so awesome?! It feels just as amazing too! This one is going to a sensitive reining horse that needs a little more cushion around her girth!

I have been pretty quiet through this whole quarantine thing and quite honestly, I have been soaking in the slow down time of life! I am not taking any new orders at this time, but I have been working on a few pieces here and there! I've got several sponsorship and donation pieces to finish up and then I will open my books again. :) In the meantime, here are some I've gotten sent out!

Sometimes when we want to order custom gear we know exactly what we want and sometimes we leave it to the maker to piece together our ideas!

I know it's Superbowl time, but it was also 70° in February today and my middle daughter finally saddled up her sweet pony! This is the first time to tack up with her very own custom High Horse mohair breast collar and I couldn't resist sharing some pics! I made this 10" smaller than the standard horse size and it fits perfectly! Sugar is a 10 year old Welsh quarter pony and stands 12.3 hands. Can't beat custom tack!

Here it is! What you've all been waiting for... opening my books for custom orders! Here's how it's going down-

I am taking ONLY 5 new custom orders today to the first 5 people commenting on this post "I'm in!". If there are already 5 people claiming their spots, keep commenting as spot may open up if invoice goes unpaid!

I am shooting for these 5 orders to go out no later than the middle of February!

If you have ordered from me in the past you know my payment policy, but if you have not here are the details! I accept half payment down deposit to place your order. The remaining balance would be due when it is finished and before I will ship it.

The next question I am asked quite often is how much are my breast collars? Although prices vary, I can say that the average cost of a breast collar ranges between $240-$250. Adding custom brands or more complicated designs will increase the price, but a more simple design could have the cost be lower.

I will be PM'ing the very 1st 5 people to comment to start working out order details this afternoon! I'm super excited to be working on a few more custom orders so I can't wait to chit chat!

For 2020 I have a few new things in store for High Horse Mohair Tack! The 1st one I will be adding are these super unique hand stamped, by yours truly, brand tags! I will be sewing them onto each piece that leaves my doorstep! I have been thinking for 2 years about how to brand my work without having the same labels as other makers and I am totally excited for these to be used!

Thursday, January 9th at 11:30 AM, I will be accepting 5, ONLY 5, orders for January! These orders will be scheduled to ship out before Valentine's Day, so if you are planning for something custom for that day, here is your chance! I do plan to have some pieces that will be offered for Valentine's Day also.
