Is it cruel to kennel or "cage" a dog at the salon? Your dog will be booked for it's own, exclusive appointment. He or she may be "kenneled" briefly when first arriving and before being picked up. At no time will I have your dog running freely for it's own safety. This eliminates the possibility of escape and injury. Plus all kennels are sanitized after use to prevent exposure to viral and bacterial disease. Zero exposure to where other dogs have been playing and running means you don't have to worry about things such as tapeworms, fleas and disease spread through the excrement of other dogs. Kenneling is safer. Period.

Is your dog being sedated by a person who is not licensed to do such a thing? I have never and will not use any type of drug to sedate your dog. If you have a pet that must be sedated for grooming, it must be with drugs prescribed by a Veterinarian. And I ask that you inform me prior to your dog's appointment so that I am aware.

Do you know who is grooming your dog? I complete all phases of your dog's grooming experience. There are no trainees learning on your dog. There are no inexperienced kids handling or working on your dog.
