Muddy Paws Dog Treats was established in April 2014 after I figured out my Portuguese Water Dog has digestive issues and need to find her dog teats without wheat flour. So after some trial and some more error, I settled on my current recipes for Muddy Paws dog treats.
My dog treats are gluten free, made with Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Flour, peanut butter, eggs, cinnamon and come in three flavors, sweet potato, pumpkin and apple.
These treats are hand rolled and cookie cuttered into various doggy friendly designs such apple fire hydrants, pumpkin paws and sweet potato bones.
Of course, my puppy is my biggest fan, but I have began to developed a following of other dog owners who like the concept of few ingredients, homemade, hand rolled dog friendly treats.
