Monday, I took these three through lighthouse field and crossed to West Cliff. While I was filling up water for the pups, a gentleman approached and pulled out some treats from his pocket, he asked if he could give the pups a couple treats. The pups all said yes please!

I asked why he had treats in his pocket, his eyes welled up, and he said he had just come from having his precious German Shepherd put to rest. Her name was Heidi and I’m still thinking of Heidi and her grieving papa.

I told him to pet as many pups as possible right now, for some puppy therapy. Rest in Peace sweet Heidi. 🖤🐕🖤

It’s with great sadness to inform everyone of Kemo Sabe’s Passing. 🖤 He left two Sundays ago, surrounded by love, peacefully and with dignity on Sunday 11/3/24.

Kemo was just shy of turning 11 years old. To know him was to love him. I’m honored to have been a part of his life. It always made me happy being with him and we became close quickly. He was an old soul dog.

Now is the time to give all that love to his sister Chloe who doesn’t know life without Kemo. His parents made the selfless and difficult decision to say goodbye before he lost more quality of life, and before he would know true suffering.

Today, this little baby had an emergency Recall Training Session at home.

A few days ago this little boy decided to bolt through the gate and was almost hit by a car. Terrifying for his parents to watch this in slow motion. Luckily he was safe. His folks called his trainers for help with a training session.

Fortunately I was able to attend the session and not only was it useful but it was completely fascinating. Everyone’s goal is to keep this baby safe with training.

I got to do a short term walk 2 weeks, 2x a week with Sisters Phoebe and Lilly. Normally I can’t do this but I fell for them hard. Phoebe the black lab is shy and hates a harness. My prediction came true, I said by the last walk she wouldn’t run from me when she saw the harness.

There was also brother Cooper to greet and treat, but hold down the fort while walked.





It was a fabulous 1st full hour walk with new pup, Tahoe! Tahoe is an Aussie Doodle & I think part Dolphin too, he loves...

This newer boy got to stroll with seasoned veteran, Kiki La Rue. They were as cute together as they look. Here’s to more adventures!

Based in Santa Cruz, I am your go to girl for walking dogs! I have a natural love and affection of animals; over the years I have taken care of clients' and many friends' pets. I have actually been known to borrow friends' dogs for walks and puppy therapy 😉. I am that lady who will stop you on the street to ask if I can pet your dog.

After many years, I left the insurance industry. In thinking about what I would enjoy doing, I immediately thought of pet care! I love to walk & I love caring for animals, so it’s the perfect mix! It truly brings me joy to be able to walk and care for pets. I hope that I can be of help to you and make a few new furry friends along the way. I would be honored to care for your animals.
