About Me

Hi, I’m Tricia, and I love dogs. I think that is the simplest way to describe my inspiration and motivation to become a pet sitter. As early as I can remember, I’ve always adored canines and have had a passion for taking care of them –– even those that aren’t my own!

In the past, I served as a foster home for a Labrador Retriever Rescue. This is where my initial love of taking in other dogs started. I like having friendly faces come into my home, but I’ve found that I enjoy placing animals in their loving, forever homes even more. I currently have two dogs of my own, Cooper and Carl. I always joke that they are my first kids, since they’ve been with me for quite a few years.

My home is a safe and happy environment for all pups. I have an oversized doggie door that is available to the pups should they need to access my spacious backyard, which is completely fenced-in.

I work from home full-time, so I’m able to host furry guests seven days a week. I believe a routine is an important part of a dog’s life, so I have a very structured life that allows me to provide them with a routine that they’re able to follow. I’m an active individual and enjoy taking walks with my pups and the other dogs I look after. Just as humans love dessert, so do our furry friends. I make doggy popsicles, homemade peanut butter dog treats, and for special occasions, I make pupcakes!
