He had found his furever home at one point, but unfortunately, they didn't like how playful Jackson was, so hopefully his next family will be finally be forever. Sunday Funday! Jada is named after her beautiful deep green eyes. She has the exotic coloring of a big cat, but the nature of a cuddle bunny. She enjoys sleeping in comfy beds and playing with her toys. Jada was adopted last November but unfortunately, her adopter developed a disability and Jada must find a new home and family. Jada is a super sweet and loving girl! She gets along with other gentle cats but has never lived with dogs. Adoption would include her supplies and toys. 🚪 Secure Your Home and Yard: Regularly check fences, gates, and doors to prevent any escape routes.

🚶 Leash Up: Always use a leash when walking your pet, even if they are well-trained.

Forever Home Friday! We are Harry and Megan! We were left outside but stayed together and strong for each other! We made our way to the home of a kind person and are so grateful for rescue! We love to play and have fun now that our worries are over. Harry is a fluffy silly boy, Megan loves to bird and squirrel watch. Happy 4th of July & Thursday Night to all from The St. Francis Dog Team!! 🎉 Most experienced dog owners know how to keep their pups safe tonight during the Fireworks Displays that your neighbors annoyingly insist on launching around your home!! Fourth of July celebrations can be stressful for pets due to loud fireworks. More dogs go missing on the night of the 4th of July than any other day of the year!! Here are a few tips to keep your dog safe:

1. **Create a Safe Space:** Set up a quiet, comfortable area indoors where your dog can retreat. This could be a room with soft bedding and some of their favorite toys.

2. **Stay Indoors:** Keep your dog indoors during fireworks displays. Even if your dog doesn't seem bothered by fireworks, it's safer to keep them indoors to prevent any potential accidents or escapes.

3. **Provide Distractions:** Play calming music or white noise to drown out the sound of fireworks. You can also provide interactive toys or treats to keep your dog occupied.

4. **ID and Microchip:** Ensure your dog has proper identification tags with current contact information. In case your dog does escape, a microchip with updated information can help reunite you quickly.

I was adopted as a kitten but then I was put outside to fend for myself. I got injured out there, and it left me with open wounds on my hip and a pelvis fracture. Good Moo Moo Monday Morning! I’m Thomas T. Just so you know, the T doesn’t stand for anything. Someone else was named Thomas too, so I needed to be different AND I AM! Another thing… my nose isn’t dirty. I have 3 tiny black dots on my nose. They are cute… that’s what foster mum says. I am completely sweet and lovable. I like to do just about anything. You can pick me up and hold me and I’d like to sleep in bed with my new family (just saying). I do talk a little, but it’s mostly if I’m looking for you. If you rub your fingers together I usually come. I’m curious and very playful. Even though I’m super good, I will need a friend my age to be my playmate because I’ll likely cry about being alone. After all I have 7 foster friends…any would be a great with me!
