We had such a super time at .worldham this weekend.
We met so many lovely woofs, snuggled so many puppies and made new friends. ( )

Shout out to all the lovely visitors we had come the stall. It was a delight to meet each and everypawdy.

Totally caught the feels for a lovely intimate dog show that was wholesome, fun and full of both humans and floofs smiling all day - what a great few days!

How are you all?

You may or may not have noticed I haven’t really been at all present on social media the first part of this year.

The truth is, I really just fell out of love with it and needed not to be beholden to it.

I have still been working behind the scenes and am so grateful to our customers new and old for each and every purchase made.

Today was Dogfest, our first dog show of the year and despite the wet weather I hit a huge milestone. I sold our very last Leopard print lead!

That might not mean much to others but for me it means there are A LOT of furry babies out there rocking the Leopard look!

THAT to me is INSANE!

So, thankyou, thankyou, thankyou. We look forward to seeing everyone throughout the year at all the other shows we will be at. And, I might even post on here a little more frequently, who knows!

When you go for a dog walk, in a place you have never been to before and find a little doggy in one of your harness designs! The poor lady looked very confused when all I could manage was pointing and saying ‘that’s one of mine, that’s one of mine!!!!’ - it took ages for me to spit out I owned Bertie and Co Pet Accessories and the harness her lovely little doggy was wearing had come from me!!!!! She probably thought I was COMPLETLEY crazy! Sorry! But it was SO exciting. 🤣🤣🤣

We are absolutely proud as punch to announce we will be one of the doggy brands selling when Rainbow Paw launches at the end of this month.
We have our dog bow ties, dog sailor bows and dog treats in store ready for display. We can not wait to see the visiting floofs strutting their stuff in our lovingly hand made accessories.

For anyone following Bertie and Co in the South East - my daughter has been selected to be part of The Children’s Business Fair. It has been rescheduled to this Saturday 15th April (it was cancelled a few weeks ago due to the high winds!)

Freya will be in Guildford High Street sharing her handmade jewellery creations for sale and would love to see some familiar faces.

If you’re at a lose end and feel like supporting Freya (and 40 other stalls purely run by children) then we would love to see you!

(If you’re over 18 and a friend of mine and want to help me out with wee breaks then I’d be delighted to see you also as Freya is not allowed to be left without an adult! 🚻 🚽🤣)

I’ve lost count of the amount of times I have washed this harness set this week!

Someone, who shall remain nameless, (Leonard!) has rolled in fox 🦊 poo 💩 multiple times this week and today we went to the beach 🏖 He came home soaked and covered in sand.

I literally shove everything in the washing machine with towels, hang it out over night and it’s bone dry and clean as a whistle by morning.

I’m constantly impressed by the quality and durability of our harnesses and accessories.
