This is a perfect example of what happens when your dog is wearing an incorrect harness.

It's that time of year again. Fireworks will be going off. They start earlier and continue longer. Not a pleasant time for our dogs when walking outside.
These loud bangs and flashes of light can spark a fear response in our dogs causing them to escape from their collars and harnesses.
To prevent this from happening, our harnesses have a non escape part. It's an extra strap that goes along their waist.
When out walking and you have a fearful dog, it is always best to double lead your dog and to put on lead attached to your own body. This is case you accidentally fall and let go of your dog's lead.
We can make your harness with a handle or extra ring attached to keep your dog safe. Drop us a message to see what possibilities are available.
Too many dogs always go missing during these times.
Prevention is key.

She got surgery yesterday and the harness gives her more stability and comfort..
