Our local show - great atmosphere and organisation as always. Great fun too.

2nd place Youngstock class (any breed)
4th place Best coloured
3rd place All breeds

He is a little 🌟

And our veteran pony, Jumper, (23 years old), won the Veteran class 🎉 with some strong competition - he looks and feels great for his age!
A belated post from the beginning of October - we were waiting for the "official" photos but as they aren't available yet (!), we will have to use what we have!

In 2014, Adagio de l'Aurore, bred & owned by Ingrid Delaitre, was a finalist at Horse of the Year Show, placed 8th in the M&M Welsh B Pony of the year, at the age of 4.

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🐎 National Welsh 2024 🐎🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿
This year we made the trip with just Hilin Lord Aurelius
He was awarded 1st 🥇 in the 2 year old c**ts class, judged by Stephen Howard of the Boston Stud 🇬🇧
It's a shame that he had no competition in his class, and that the entries were generally quite low in all the sections.
Our Association try very hard to promote and run these breed shows - and once again, it was a lovely day, with a lovely ambiance.
Now back to work at home - October will be very busy here, weaning foals, lots of departures and arrivals, non welsh competitions for the horses...

Some of our lovely young mares are hopefully 🤞🤞🤞 in foal for next year ~ the majority of them to Hilin Lord Aurelius.
One very special girl will be coming over very soon from Wales to join us direct from the stud 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿, she is a half sister to Hilin Can yr Afon, multi times winner and champion mare, including senior broodmare winner at the Royal Welsh this year. By Hilin Tom Sawyer, super young stallion, multi times winner and half brother to our own Hilin Alfie Boe (2nd at the Royal Welsh 2023 as a foal )
