I delivered a new batch of microgreens today at Dutchmen organics.

There is a lot in stock right now of all the usuals:
* pea shoots
* sunflower
* cabbage
* salad mix
* spicy salad mix
* radishes

When I left this afternoon there was still one bag of beet greens.

There are also three bags of corn greens. The variety is "yellow popcorn" but they turned out green. I tried them and they have a sweet aftertaste similar to stevia.
