It does still feel like yesterday since I lost my sweet Pearl. I had a very hard time giving another dog a chance, but I finally adopted Teddy, Pearl's new brother. She would've hated him, lol, but he is ultra sweet. A complete 180° from Pearl. It's amazing how dogs can have such different personalities.
Anyway, here's an intro to Pearls brother, Teddy.

Exactly one year ago, I pulled the mattress off of my futon to sleep on the floor with my Pearl, feeling the motherly intuition that my baby wouldn't make it through the night. On August 20th, 2014, I lost my best friend. How it has been a year is beyond me. Not one single day goes by that I don't think of something she did or a time she made me smile. I can still picture her staring at me when she wanted something and it makes me laugh. I can still cry about losing her like it was yesterday. To so many people, she was just a dog, but to me and those who knew her, she was the most beautiful, loyal, and best companion I will ever have in my life. I will always hold her in my heart.
Rest in peace my sweet Pearl.

Malpoi is five years old and possibly a Poodle mix? He has short little legs and a personality that is just as amazing as his spunky hairdo! Malpoi was rescued from a shelter in LA by The Humane Society of Utah- where he is currently living until he finds his own human. He gets along great with people and other dogs and he would make a great best friend for anyone who is looking!
