Cycles of work and rest are so important. They are also biblical! In the Leviticus 25 the Israelites are commanded to not only take sabbath for themselves but to let the land rest as well.
We have worked hard all year to help our neighbors and . We impacted over 100 families this year and look forward to serving and working alongside many more in the coming year. And now as winter descends we are taking a break alongside the land that we are blessed to steward. We hope that you will take some time to rest as well as the year draws to a close.
Happy holidays, Merry Christmas, and Happy New Year from The Atlanta Ecumenical Urban Farm Network! We will see you again in the new year!
(PS: As you are considering organizations to bless with end of year gifts we would be grateful to be on your list. Please visit our website at www.aeufn.farm/donate to give.)
