The fight to break the stigma surrounding mental health and promote access to services is a deeply personal journey for us. At Pascuales Farm, we’ve always believed that healing comes not just from food but from creating a space where people can reconnect with nature, with themselves, and with each other. It’s a place to nourish both body and mind, to learn and to heal.
Last Thursday, during our First Annual Mental Health Awareness Festival, this vision came to life. We witnessed community members coming together, opening their hearts, sharing their stories, and embracing the power of healing. We reminded each other that mental health is a journey — one that we don’t have to walk alone.
A heartfelt thank you to the Pascuales Farm team, Creative Share Group, our sponsors, providers, and the incredible volunteers who made this event possible. And a special thanks to Anderson, our photographer, for capturing the spirit of the event in this video.

Attention citizens in Mint Hill and surrounding areas. Mint Hill Fire Department will be accepting donations for those affected by hurricane Helene in the western part of the state. Posted below is a list of items that we are looking for. Donations need to be dropped off by 10/4 and will be delivered the next day. Of course if we continue to receive donations then more deliveries can be arranged.
