🛑🛑Important Updates 🛑🛑

I am now completely mobile and I no longer live in Camden South. A full suburb list will be posted soon but I can travel from Richmond to Camden

Here is the updated price list which will be implemented from 01/07/24

Out of area fees will depend on your location. For more accurate pricing, please text me on 0466 964 102

I will also have a new website up and running in the next few days. Online bookings will be back but they aren’t immediately approved. I will need to approve each one due to travel times and working in different suburbs each day which means your requested time may not be available. Reminder texts will be back in addition to new confirmation texts that require action to secure your bookings.

I will also now require card details upon booking instead of paying deposits (securely stored within my square website). You will only be charged if you cancel or reschedule less than 48hrs before your appointment and I cannot fill your spot or if you aren’t home within 15 minutes of your booked time. The fees are the same as the old deposits, 50% of all booked services.

I am also no longer taking new dog clients as I would like to focus on my passion of grooming cats 🩶🖤🤎

I’m finally back to work!

I will be sending out a form shortly which must be filled prior to a booking being made. This form gives me relevant information to see if your home is eligible for mobile grooming. This includes ample street parking, access to power & water and your property type. Certain homes are ineligible for mobile grooming.

Some important changes to my business

Cat grooming will be prioritised as I am no longer grooming large dogs and I will be phasing out small dog grooming.

If you have dogs, please don’t hesitate to find a groomer that can suit your needs better. If you have an aggressive/ anxious dog, please get in touch so I can forward your pets grooming history & needs to ease the transition to your new groomer.

I will be having a price rise in July to reflect the new costs of running my business mobile.

I will no longer be open on Tuesday’s. Saturday’s will be inconsistent due to childcare changes. If this does not suit your schedule, please get in touch so I can forward your pets grooming history to ease the transition to your new groomer.

Certain areas will now incur an out of area fee as I have moved an hour from Camden. I will let you know if you may receive this fee prior to a booking.

Lastly, thank you all again so much for being patient with me and my business. It means the world!

You have all provided me with the opportunity to work from home, spend extra time with my children and grow my passion into a successful business. I am so very grateful for what I have and you all helped me provide for my family. I can’t wait to see your pets run down my driveway and jump into my arms or rub their head against me asking for a pat 💖
