I often get asked the make up of the tribes diet and I can only give ingredients not measurements as my measurements reflect a whole tribe not one or two dogs.

What I can give is my DAILY NON NEGOTIABLES … this means the ingredients from your fridge or pantry or garden that goes into every meal I will give you amount of non negotiables for your dog

Veggies of choice pureed
Quinoa or brown rice

Groodles -
1 tblspoon of each
- Plain Greek yoghurt
- Coconut Oil
- Pepita Seeds
Handful of blueberries
Handful curly parsley
1 whole egg including egg shells (in blender with your veggies)
1 teabag non caffeinated camomile tea leaves (not boilt simply empty tea bag contents)

Toy Poodles

Groodles -
1 teaspoon of each
- Plain Greek yoghurt
- Coconut Oil
- Pepita Seeds
