Summertime HJ- he loves to wade in the water as long as it doesn’t get too deep! He turned 9 in June and we have had him in our lives for 6 years. He is so loved. 😊

Happy international dog day!
We are so fortunate to have Ha Jiang in our lives- he is such a sweet, gentle soul. Thank you to Cera Dog for rescuing him and his siblings from a terrible puppy mill situation.

Been a long time since we posted!
Can’t believe it has been five years since we have had HJ in our lives- he turned 8 in June. He has brought us so much joy and continues to makes us smile every day.
Thank you Cera Dog for bringing him into our lives. ❤️

Woke up to some surprise snow today- perfect walk weather!

Happy holidays everyone!! We had a lovely walk in the snow this morning. Perfect weather for Ha Jiang.
He had his leg surgery (TPLO repair) last February and is doing pretty well but we do take him for shorter walks now. It was so nice to see him running in the snow. ❄️⛄️🎄

Enjoying cool fall weather and some off leash walks now that back leg is getting better. And I like to make good photos difficult to get as I don’t like looking at the camera! 🐶😊

Feeling so much better! Have to meet up with Hani another time soon.
Lots of wildlife in our neighbourhood! And the cats of course. 😉
Last two photos, a cat was on one side of the road and a doe and 2 fawns on the other. HJ didn't know where to look! (Fawn pic a bit grainy) We were all at a standstill for a few minutes.

So sorry we are unable to make it to visit sister Hani and other dogs in Victoria tomorrow. HJ has a bad belly right now, and it seems to be worse today, he even had an accident in the house this morning. 😞. Going to feed him rice and chicken until he gets better. Anyway, we are so disappointed we can't join the meet up in Victoria tomorrow. Thanks to all for organizing this meet up and I'm sorry we can't go. We would love to reschedule for another weekend!

It has been 4 weeks now since moving to Nanoose Bay. My husband and I feel so fortunate to have been able to adopt Ha Jiang. He is such a sweet boy, so happy to be out walking in the neighbourhood. Thanks to Isadora Tzung for providing such a wonderful home before the big move to Nanoose.

Ha Jiang loves to walk through cedar shrubs, and rub himself against them. Did he do this with you on walks Isadora Tzung? Every time we pass a cedar shrub, he disappears into it. Very cute. :)

Had a busy Canada day weekend! FIrst time off leash at Rathtrevor park playing with Camelio (parent-in-laws dog). Did great meeting his 'cousins' at qualicum dog park. HJ really enjoyed time snuggling into my sister Sue and her son Jonah. Also met a bulldog buddy at a Nanaimo dog park! 😊🐶☀️
