Hello Furriends and human friends! Ava Marie and Thor at the farmhouse. Exciting mews here. We meow have 2 outdoor working cats 🐈‍⬛ 🐈‍⬛ Eve, all black kitty 🐈‍⬛ and baby Merlin, black kitten with white on his neck. They have received all of their immunizations and will be spayed and neutered as soon as they are old enough. Daddy fixed up an old shed for them and plans on winterizing it even more to ensure they stay warm this winter. Of course, I hissed at them but Thor wanted to be their friend. Hope mew all are enjoying Fall. 🍁 Purrs and kitty kisses 😽

Hello Furriends and human friends! Ava Marie and Thor here at the farmhouse. Tomorrow is Ava Marie’s 6th birthday 🥳 🐈‍⬛ Mommy has nothing special planned but I’m sure we’ll get some yummy treats. Hope mew all have had a great summer. It’s been hot 🥵 and humid and too muggy for Mommy to tend to her flower 🌺 gardens so the gardens are very weedy. We have been able to spend some time in our catio! Hopefully we will have some Fall 🍁 weather soon. Fall is Mommy’s favorite 😻 season. Mommy released her first monarch yesterday, brushed Chloe Lynn and let us play in the catio and come in and take many cat naps! It has been warm and a little humid but not as bad as before. Hi Furriends and human friends! Got some mew pics of Charlie 🐈 from our human sister, Erica. He’s still pretty skinny but he’s getting a little bigger. He’s going to be 1 year old in September. Latest excitement at the farmhouse; Thor & I were in purrsuit of a mouse! Mommy is a little freaked out bc this is the second mouse that has been in the house since the weather has been warm. We usually only get an occasional rodent when it’s bitterly cold 🥶 and they’re trying to keep warm. We are surrounded by corn 🌽 fields here, well, soybeans to the west of our place but mostly corn. Thor the Thornado 🐈🌪ambushes me, stalks me and viciously attacks me while Mommy does nothing but record the chaos. I was trying to watch the birds 🐦 Daddy refilled the bird feeder so I can enjoy watching them. Thor seizes his opportunity to attack me. Such a pest. Hello furriends and human friends! Well, Mommy caught me in the act of attacking her flowering azalea 🌺 plant. This plant has been mocking me for weeks, sitting in the table that Mommy scolds me for sitting on. This flower 🌸 was asking for it. Mommy knows that lilies and some other flowers 🌺 are toxic for kitties so she decided to Google azaleas 🌺 Turns out, they too are toxic to cats! I did not ingest any leaves or petals so I was fine. Of course, overprotective Mommy messages the emergency veterinarian. She had to observe me and make sure I was not drooling 🤤 not vomiting 🤮 and not having diarrhea 💩 She even had to shine a bright light in my eyes to see if my pupils dilated properly. I tried to tell Mommy I was fine! She was just worried bc while I’ve sniffed plants before, I’ve never attacked them. MOL. It’s Mommy’s fault I have no more cat grass! Hope mew all have a great day.
