We may or may not have puppies in 60 days🤦‍♀️😯. Kimber and Buck have tied a couple times. We were not going to breed her again, but a quick heat after a litter caught us off guard. She is healthy and doing great so we will welcome the puppies if they come! We have two deposits for next in line. Let me know if you would like to get in line. ✨

This kid loves the pups! Such a great little helper. He is holding our charcoal male, Basil. Basil is one of the calmest puppies ever! Loves to snuggle and will lick at you for some lovin'!

Look at these cuties 🥰 they all took a jump up in weight 🙌🏼🙏🏼 and all doing great. Mamma got a quick rub down and she's being such an excellent mom!
☘️Azalea is such a cuddler and the smallest out of her brothers.
☘️Basil is strong and wanting to take off!
☘️Aster is so cute and sporting a white patch on his chest!
☘️Willow has a scrunchie face just like a snuggly 🐻
☘️Cypress is crazy 🤣 for sure has the wiggles and is always climbing over his siblings!

It's so fun seeing their personalities form (even though it's only day 2, I can see the differences!).

We may be having a smaller litter this time around. Vet counted for sure 5 skulls, but there could be 1 more hiding.

We are just over two weeks away from Kimber's due date✨ Around this time, I am making my supply list to order for the delivery and checking my supplies from my last litter.

How about each day this week I share with you an item I couldn't live without!? ➡ Fourth up is a first picture station. Like I said yesterday, have a station set up and ready to go so that the puppy isn't away from mom for very long. Some moms may not let you take them away until next pup arrives. That's ok- record the time and wait patiently.

🥰I loved this cute little cotton Moses basket and blanket. Under the blanket I kept a heating pad on warm and ready.

We are just over two weeks away from Kimber's due date✨ Around this time, I am making my supply list to order for the delivery and checking my supplies from my last litter.

How about each day this week I share with you an item I couldn't live without!? ➡ Third up is to make sure you have a heat lamp and some heating pads close by. There is some controversy on this, but I like to be safe and not sorry. As I do not use them the entire labor, I do transport the puppies in a bin with a heating pad when I am weighing and putting their identification collars on. Even the initial picture has a heating pad under the blanket. Remember the best warmth will come from MOM so do not take the puppies away from her for very long. Get a weight, put the collar on, snap a quick picture and right back to mom. Have your stations set up so they are ready to go.

How about each day this week I share with you an item I couldn't live without!? ➡ Second up is to make sure I have a dewormer ready for weeks 2, 4 and 6. I was so nervous giving these small pups medicine at first, but don't worry a little too much will just cause slight tummy issues. The amount is based on weight so it is a good idea to research this before week 2 (this picture shows too much here, I was just getting started and pulled it up to make sure no bubbles made it in). Make sure to administer to puppies AND mom.

How about each day this week I share with you an item I couldn't live without!? ➡ First up is a digital baby/pet scale. It is so important those first couple weeks that you are weighing the puppy everyday! This is how you will tell if the pup is thriving or not. It is normal to see a slight dip the first couple days, but if this continues a call to the vet is needed. I have a scale from last time, but I will check the batteries and make sure it is working properly.
