Making a little post about a few little ones on the hunt for a new residence!

1.0 CBB sudan plated lizard.
I will be picky about this one and whoever takes this guy will have first dibs on females when they're ready.

0.1 BCO.
This female is gorgeous and the only reason she's going is she's directly related to my male and I have 2 unrelated females.

1.1 Madagascar 4 Lined Plated Lizards.
These unique lizards behave similar to fire skinks but do tend to climb quite a bit more and care requirements are almost identical. Have seen breeding behavior but haven't gotten eggs.

My resident senior citizen! "Chuck" the African Fat Tail Gecko, I've had him for about 9 years now, I think, and he's estimated to be somewhere between 16-18 years old

No matter his age, he still comes out of his cave whenever he hears me getting loud or rummaging around, giving me that grin waiting on a worm or cricket as a snack

Fat tails will forever hold a special place in my heart thanks to him.

My absolute favorite time of the year!!
2 more Sudan Plated Lizards hatched out! And my theory so far proved right! Slightly lower incubation temps resulted in both of these 2 turning out to be (presumed) female based on lack of colours on the neck/head area!!

Both will be staying right here!

Been very quickly falling in love with these little Rosy Boas! Their small size and silly but lax personality has me hooked! A few more eventually wouldn't hurt!

My absolute favorite time of the year!!
Only 4 eggs this time around BUT all 4 are perfect looking! No slugs, no duds, no rips or tears and these eggs are MASSIVE.
Time to play the waiting game!!

Always nice to see this group of lake chapala garter snakes out and about! Waiting for their next meal and watching me clean! Cannot wait to see them put on some size!

After years of searching, researching, and debating, I finally did it, I took the jump and got myself a pair of Caiman lizards! A species I've dreamed about and drooled over for the better part of a decade and now I've got them! It still feels like a dream. I cannot wait to see these animals grow with me!!

2024, here we go!! Baby tokays are finally starting to hatch! A month later than usual but they're finally coming!

3 generations of Sudan plated lizards! A father with 2 of his CBB babies! Love seeing how the colours develop and change over time! Bonus sibling photo as well!!

MORE CBB baby Sudan plated lizards finally out! And this time based on colour we may have a male and female!! Nothing beats seeing your animals reproduce and it's even better when it's a species almost never seen reproduced in captivity!!
