NO WORDS !!
Not sure how this could happen but this gorgeous girl was picked up in the worst state i have ever seen in my time of rescue, i was at the pound when she was brought in by the ranger 😢
This video shows it all, she can hardly walk, she is covered in flea's that she has no fur left on her back, the list goes on !!
Angel is her name which was given to her by the lovely rescue who has had her in duty of care for the last week.
Angel will be getting a xray next week to find out how bad her hips, knees and heart is as she is around 14 years of age.
What comes next we are unsure of but vet bills will be sky high for Angel so please SHARE and PLEDGE to help her get the best care for the rest of her life ❤

Found out on the streets skin and bones, not able to walk properly as he was in a pretty bad way the poor boy 😢
I was luckily enough to be at the pound when this gorgeous boy was brought in, so loving and gentle.
Not chipped so not sure why or how he ended up where he did but the good news is he has gained weight and looking so much better with the help once again from the girls at the pound 💕🐾
Even better news he is heading to a awesome Rescue tomorrow in Qlds where he will be looked after and help find him the best home.

Caesar struck out in search of adventure some time back (well ok, a few weeks). He found his way to this curious place. The Pound is not quite the dream life he had in mind. This good boy craves a life of friends, sunshine, mad games and running about without a care in the world. At night a place that's safe and warm where he can be with his very own family and relax. At least a kennel, but the dream is inside, he promises to be good.

Just look at this sweet girl, Jaya - a lovely German Shepherd girly in her early senior years. I have literally never met a shepherd I didn't like and the females are generally a bit smaller and this lovely has the shorter coat - easier to maintain. Shepherds are very people centric, generally good with kids, patient, kind and loyal AND so very deserving of a loving home where she can be safe, warm and loved as she ages gracefully. Senior dogs are all fun and love without the craziness of the puppy years. ❤️

Poor Steel only has $46 in pledges :(
Needing another $150 to help with transport please 🚙

This likely lad is Steel - just look at those eyes!. He's a man about town who's done with those wayward days and keen for a new life and new family. This boy was born a man of action, bred to work and live the farm life, and while that would be awesome he's also just the right kinda guy for an active owner or family who'll take him for a run / walk to use up his energy, play outside with him and include him in all their fun activities. No fluffy molting, icky hair everywhere - this guys coat is low maintenance - leaving way more time for play time or his other fave thing - TV cuddles. To point out the obvious this lad is really not a top choice for toddlers and small children or really anyone not confident with dogs - he's great, but very high energy❤️

I had a home and some people too so I know I like them (people that is), mine got too busy for me. Things can get a bit confusing, and busy at the Pound. This place was not my home but I seem to be staying here and the people are nice but I'm a bit lonely. Can you be my people? I just want a home again where I feel special and can make you proud by being a good boy

Dogs crave company and shouldn't be left alone when you are home. A nice warm bed, full belly, maybe a couple of toys AND your love and praise are all he'll need and it won't be too long before he settles in and gets to know what you expect - it takes a bit of time both ways to be fair. A warm welcome to Rocky. This good boy was surrendered by his owner due to being 'time poor' - not as time poor as Rocky will be if we can't find him a new home and a fresh start so let's do exactly that. I've read a bit about this boy and he sounds typical of his breed. Not too fond of cats at all, can be a bit 'bouncy', and generally enthusiastic and that's just who they are. Rocky will make a great tradies companion, or maybe he can be your personal trainer. Cheaper than hiring one after all. The active, enthusiastic bouncy type traits are not ideal for small children but dog-aware kids should deal with that easily.

If you have kids and want a dog remember to demonstrate how to behave around animals, it's so important and doesn't come naturally for a lot of people. Sadly, his family decided they couldn't keep this gorgeous boy, giving the housing crisis as the reason. He's done nothing wrong and deserves a fresh start. Dogs crave company and shouldn't be left alone when you are home. A nice warm bed, full belly, maybe a couple of toys AND your love and praise are all he'll need and it won't be too long before he settles in and gets to know what you expect - it takes a bit of time both ways to be fair. Remember you may have a lot in your life - your dog just has you - never let him down. This time needs to be forever.

Safe with rescue 🐾💕

Oh there you are, I really hoped you would come - things are getting urgent. I'm Rambler - pretty sure it was something else like 'get outta that', or 'that dog' or somethin' - but i haven't heard those for a while now - so Rambler it is. I just don't know why I am here at all. Yeah, yeah - I see you wondering about me so let me clear a few things up. Am I a good boy? Yes - the goodest ever. Do I need a brush? Oh Yeah! Do I love to play - you betcha.! Am I obedient? Well, I try to be but I haven't been properly trained yet so please give me time so we can get to know each other and go from there. I need to learn what you expect from me. Seems fair enough, doesn't it? Do I like cats - dunno, not sure I've met one. Do I like kids and other dogs? Bring them down for a visit and I'll do my very best though the team here says so far I have been good with the other dogs I've met.

Rambler is still a puppy - a big pup but a pup nonetheless! There are lots of dogs in the Pound right now, even some that are very similar looking. Rambler, just like all of them, and all of us really just want a chance to love and be loved. A place where he is valued, treated like family, and kept warm and safe (nights are so cold). A warm, cozy bed, a full belly and to be with you is all any dog wants. It's a big commitment but you'll both get so much out of it. Dogs are family and sometimes get to rule the remote control while you give him time by your side at night.
If you've never had a dog it's a life-changing relationship. Also, one your kids deserve to have too.
