This is an informative flyer that we are planning to hang up in the stores of Lobitos and Talara.
We tried to explain the most common diseases, who to ask for help and what to do and why it's so important to spay and neuter.‼️

Today we went to the military base to look at some dogs.
ONE of the females had 10 puppies. 6 have already found homes and the other 4 are very anemic from the ticks and fleas.
We left some vitamins, deworming, and some tablets to treat their anemia.
The guys were very helpful.
Next we want to spay and neuter the dogs at the base.

We are 3 girls and one boy, about 7 weeks old, and soon fit enough to get our first vaccine, and then ready to find our forever person ❤️🐕
We were dropped off in a box without our mommy and had a tough start!

Today 4 puppies were dumped in a box for us to take care of.
We want to find the owner and most importantly homes for these sweet puppies.
They are about 4 weeks old and dehydrated, and full with fleas.
For now we will take care of them and get them vaccinated. They need to go as soon as possible since we do not have the space for them.

Another day in Talara.
The first foto says everything.💔
A dog with heavy scabies, untreated abandoned because nobody wants to touch him.
This is exactly the problem we have in Peru.
A family with kids and dogs who love their animals, the kids grow up with them, but never learn to take care of them.
Of course they don't have the money and education to visit a vet.
There are many tricks we can teach them to help prevent the contagious illness.
Please help us educate, spread the word and let's spay and neuter so we can reduce the population!!

PEKE needs our help.
Yesterday we found her with scabies and then saw that she has tvt (Transmissible Venereal Tumor)
She has already lost all her puppies.
This is very stressful and not only bad for her, but for all the other dogs who will get it when breeding with her.
Now we need to get her stronger to castrate her so she can't pass on the tvt.
Her owner doesn't have the money to treat her dog.

Looking for donations to pay for his pill and food 🐾🐕

Hello I am Max.❤️
I dont remember my age but I am guessing to be older then 10.
I live on the street and I found 2 girls who I am following around and who give me love, food and water.
I love to hunt birds and motos, bark at things and act tough, but when you come close too fast I start crying because I was kicked away many times.
I love to be cuddled and talked to with a sweet voice.
All I wish for is a pill so the ticks and fleas stay away from me, and someone who gives me food and shelter.❤️🙏
The best for me would be to find a stable forever home🏡 so when I get too weak to survive on my own I can rely on that person 🐾🧓

We want to help the animals as well as their owners who cannot afford to treat or feed their dogs properly.
Most of them suffer from Erlichiosis, caused by the tick and scabies.
We want to inform about the castration campaign and make sure their dogs are healthy enough for the surgery.

We need medication to treat Ehrlichiosis.!!!

In order to spay and neuter the dogs we need to make sure they are strong enough for the surgery.
Most dogs suffer from Ehrlichiosis and they need to be treated with antibiotics for up to a month.
This is a lot of work because it's important to give them the pill every day.!
The treatment for 1 dog is 75 soles per month. (17 Euro)
It costs more then the surgery!

Another day of injecting, deworming, feeding and educating.
The plan is to spay and neuter as many dogs as we can so the breeding and suffering can end.
In the next post you can see 4 of the dogs that are ready to be castrated but need a donor.
Their owners don't have the money to pay for their medication or food.
In the campaign it costs 50 soles (12 Euro) to castrate a dog.
The medicine costs about 30 soles (7 euro).
One bag of food 150 soles( 36 euro). Castrating one dog is making a huge difference.
One dog can have 30 litters in their life. Which could be 200 to 300 puppies.

Today we went to a different part of Talara where we found many dogs in need of medical assistance and are hungry.
In these areas the people (owners)
have nothing so they need our help.
They don't have the money or education to pay to castrate, or to even think about castrating their animals.
But we can help them.🙏
We can visit them and cure their animals so they are strong enough to be spayed or neutered.
Also we are injecting to cure the scabies (which is contagious and painful)
And help them cure the Lyme desease and educate their children 🖐️😍
