Do you have a stash of bananas in your freezer like we do? Make dog treats! 🥜🍌🦴

The Cozy Cook had a great recipe for tasty treats! Just make sure to check your peanut butter ingredients as xylitol is toxic for dogs. Peanut butter made with just peanuts is the safest bet!

Hi Bridge Beagle Bandanas Fam! We haven’t posted in awhile but we are still here. Hoping to get some sewing done soon for new products!

We have some new things to create this coming month, starting with p**p bag holders and then a new style of bandanas once we get some ample sewing time. Looking forward to creating more in April!

Ace has been cheesin’ all weekend because we got orders! Thank you for those that made purchases this weekend, the packages were dropped off at the post office this evening!

Today is Launch Day! 🚀

See you over on Etsy starting at 10 am EST to shop the over the collar reversible bandanas. Link is in the bio!

In the comments is a video showing how to put the bandanas on the collar. For sizing, it really depends on the look you want for your pet (wearing on the chest/side of neck or back) but there are 2 things to look out for. You may want to measure your pets collar to make sure the bandana width is not longer than the collar. Also, make sure the collar is not too wide to fit through the bandana.

Lucky Day 🍀

This reversible over the collar bandana has a plaid and a clover side to have your pet in style for a festive St. Paddy’s Day look.

Sizes from top (left to right) to bottom (left to right) are XS-S-M-L. Lily is also wearing the bandanas in this size order as well. She was more in a sunbathing mood than a modeling mood, but you can tell that the bandanas are a most size fits all since they go over the collar. It really depends on the look and position on the pet you’re going for, which makes them versatile.

The Brittany behind the business:

My name is Brittany and I am the human face behind this business. My grandma Audrey taught me how to sew (the basics) as well as home ec classes in middle/high school. My grandma was very crafty. When I was in middle school, we made a purse together from a pattern. I would not have been able to do it without her. I still have this purse today.

She tried to teach me how to crochet as well, but with her being left handed, everything was backwards and I couldn’t quite figure it out. In college, I eventually was able to figure out crocheting and like to dabble in it as well. When I am sewing/crocheting, I always think of her.

I wanted to create this business to bring light 💡 to issues that you may not know about, give back to an organization doing wonderful work, and continue to improve my craft. I think bandanas are an easy way to “dress up” your pet. I like over the collar bandanas because they are more of a one size fits most versus tie bandanas. I have lots of ideas for future designs and I can’t wait to see where this little business takes me as well as how much together we can bless . The beagles behind the business, Ace and Lily’s Rescue Story:

On one rainy evening commute home from work, I saw traffic slowing and swerving on a highway bridge that had a river underneath. The bridge was quite long and in a rural area (no homes around). When I got closer I saw two scared beagle puppies. I pulled to the side of the bridge and unbeknownst to me, another man had stopped his truck to help me save these puppies. Luckily, at this point all traffic had stopped as we called for the pups to come to us. Lily ran straight to me. Ace was scared and tried to run away but the man helped me grab him. I safely placed them in my car and took them in for the night where they got baths and dinner.

When I found them they had no collars. I took them to the vet the next morning and they had no microchip. The vet estimated them to be about 6 months old. I posted about them on social media and the post was shared over 1K times. No one would end up claiming them. After the allotted time of keeping a stray before one can “adopt”, Ace and Lily became permanent members of our family. They are the sweetest siblings and love each other so well. I created an insta for them, naming them the which is where the name for this business comes from.

Although they were not rescued from a testing lab, they were rescued from being hit by vehicles on the road. It brings tears to my eyes thinking about how I was in the right place at the right time. Now they get to be my models and I couldn’t imagine life without them. 💕

Hello 👋🏼 new friends! I am a fellow rescued beagle momma (story to follow in another post) who has been learning about the horrible testing that researchers do on beagles due to their sweet and trusting nature. I am also learning to create adorable over the collar bandanas for your loving pets.

I decided to join these two passions, beagles and sewing, and create this little business named Bridge Beagle Bandanas (once you know my beagle babies’ story you will understand the name).

has opened my eyes to the abuse that beagles endure at the hands of researchers and I want to support their rescue efforts while providing cute bandanas to you! Together, we will donate a portion of sales each month to allow them to rescue more beagles from labs and give them a second chance at life to be a doggo.
