the past week, iv been attracted to the cliffs, and coast here, reason being, a young carnoustie lad, aged 28, is missing, presumed dead, after his lobster fishing small boat run aground up by inverbervie.
No one knows whats happened, but hes missing now, since december 20th.
i love the sea, the dogs love it, its wild, yet therapeutic, but also, dangerous.
a young man, working in the dark, in brutal weather, on his own, trying to make a good living , missing, is just heartbreaking.
i just hope he is found, returned to his family, and they get closure.
oddly enough, more than 1 set of pots were washed up today, it was fierce out there, in that vast expanse of water.😢

today, started off fair, 2 hours in, at the emergency shelter, it was perishing, wind swirling from every angle, rain feeding through, mist coming in, and dark, spud was hearing every stag calling, sandie, she was being sandie, running about like a puppy, i wasnt in the mood for a 6 hour yomp, having been struggling with a chesty immovable cough, 4 hours was enough, nice autumnal colours, but you need to be fighting fit for these hills, and deer spoting, next time, oh, and remember a waterproof jacket and gloves, of which i left at home,
