Sales Policy
• For biosecurity reasons, I have a CLOSED Rabbitry, this means I do not allow visitors inside. This is for the health and safety of my herd. I have no problems at all with bringing the rabbit out to you for inspection, I ask that the rabbits are touched with hands only, after using hand sanitizer which I provide for you. I do not allow my rabbits to be picked up for the health and safety of both my rabbits and the humans that are interested in them. Bring your own carrier when picking up your rabbit(s), I do not supply them. I will place the rabbit inside your carrier, you can open and close the carrier, I do not need to touch it. I will have surface sanitizer on size if you would prefer. We will be meeting outside, face coverings are your discretion.
There are NO exceptions to this rule, anyone who has an issue with this will immediately be refused a sale.
• If you have contacted me about interest in a rabbit you have 2 days to make a deposit through etransfer otherwise it will be sold to the next available person. I work on a first come first serve basis.
• Final payment in cash. If you wish to etransfer, you must do so before pickup.
• All payments are nonrefundable; Nonrefundable initial payments will only be refunded if rabbit gets sick, injured, dies or becomes unavailable while in my care or I revoke the sale. Should a buyer back out, the deposit will not be refunded.
• I reserve the right to refuse or cancel the sale of any of my rabbits at anytime I deem necessary without any explanation needed. If this done, payments will be refunded.
• No rabbit will leave the premises of 24-Carrot Bunny Barn until paid for in full.
• I do not deliver or ship. All purchases are pickup only.
• I do not sell my rabbits for meat.
• I do not offer stud services.
• I do not sell cages or housing for your rabbit(s).
• Your rabbit is guaranteed healthy to the best of my knowledge at time of sale. Health is not guaranteed once the rabbit has left my care.
• I do not guarantee health, temperament, performance, reproduction or how a young animal will turn out as they mature after a Rabbit has left my herd; this is due to the nature of virus transmission, change in environment and handling.
• I do NOT guarantee the s*x of any rabbit as they are still small and it can sometimes be difficult. I do my best but sometimes mistakes happen, especially in young immature bunnies.
• I, 24-Carrot Bunny Barn is not responsible if rabbit(s) should become ill, injured or dies after pickup. At no time is 24-Carrot Bunny Barn liable for any veterinary bills once rabbit(s) no longer in my care.
• I do not vaccinate. There are no approved vaccines for rabbits. There is no licensed rabies vaccine for rabbits so they should not be vaccinated for this. I use natural & herbal products instead. Rabbits are ideal patient for herbal medicines because they are herbivores and drink their herbal medicine with enthusiasm.
• All descriptions are my own opinion and to the best of my knowledge.
• As a responsible breeder, I will gladly take back the rabbit if you are no longer able to care for it and find it a new home. I can not offer you a refund if it has been returned.

If you have any further questions, feel free to ask.
While it’s easy to get swept up in the excitement of getting a pet rabbit, it’s important to first assess whether or not you can truly provide a good forever home to a bunny.
I strongly suggest you do your research before committing to adopting a Rabbit.
Rabbits take a lot of time, care, money, attention & commitment.
BONDING is the most important thing people generally overlook. You should not have any problems with the relationship between you and your rabbit if you make sure to take the time to BOND.
