I AM a victim of froud by . I ordered acer Swift go 14 (2024) Laptop on Flipkart, due to some issues I did replacement on Flipkart . Flipkart accepted my replacement policy with tecnician visit approval. The last date of technician visit was 09 September, 2024. I received call from Flipkart to provide and upload the job card of technician visit on Flipkart. I said to Flipkart customer care that I'll upload it when acer tecnician will give me it . On 09 September, 2024, technician visit happened. They approved my replacement and packed my laptop box and gave me job card (defective on arrival certificate) . When I opened Flipkart to upload technician visit job card certificate, I saw they cancelled my replacement on 09 September, 2024 without my permission. Flipkart has done fraud with me . I connected with the customer care of Flipkart. They told me to solve and connect me with in 24 hours. 48 hours have gone away. I didn't got any response for my issue. They are misguiding me. I am unable to use my laptop. But Flipkart is not listening or solving my issue. I purchased laptop for my important work but I'm unable to use and replace the laptop because of Flipkart. Bewair to purchase electronic items from Flipkart. I am requesting to Flipkart Kindly replace my laptop. Acer technician has approved my replacement due to some problem in laptop. I have sent job card (defective on arrival certificate) to Flipkart. My Order ID - OD332047245417675100
