After all this time I still cry missing Zefram. He was so much like a child to us. Don't get me wrong, all my cats and dogs and cats thru the years were each special, but Zefram was different.

Zefram left us on March 4th. Still very painful. He was 19. Miss him terribly.

Hey all! We are still here. Zefram has been doing okay. Good days and bad days. All the kitties too. Not sure if I mentioned Gray. We took him in some time ago and he is totally one of the family.

This is quite late but I just could not post it when it happened. My dearest Ziggy (my pom) passed away very suddenly in February. He had been fine and then just went down hill quickly. Not quite sure what had happened. He died quietly at home with all of his friends and us around him. He was almost 14. Zefram had been very depressed since it happened. They had been together for about 13 years. I still walk thru the house and stop because I need to call him for something or look around the corner to see if he is in his little box. We all miss him terribly. Zefram is now 16 and this has taken a toll on him. He has good days and bad days. We now take him everywhere we go because he cries whenever we are out of his sight. We miss the little Ziggy boy.😥

Hey guys! We are now 2 dogs and 5 cats. We took in a stray in the spring. He was neutered and noe is enjoy life with the rest of us. His name is Gray!

Hey, we had some stuff happen to us but we are okay now. Ziggy had some stomach stuff that put him in the vet hospital for a few days. He is good to go now. Zefram also had a problem but his was a teeth problem. All taken care of and he is barking around the house again. These two guys are senior guys. Zefram will be 15 in January 2018 and Ziggy will be 12 in December2017. They are both still full of energy and willing to play around and go for walks. Hopefully, many more years with both of them. Thanks for coming by!!! Oh, yeah, the cats will be four in January except mama, she is probably 2 years older. We are not sure since she is feral cat. Anyway, thanks for stopping by!!!

Just a little late, but we had a really good fourth of july. the fireworks were far away and we had the tv going. mom and dad were not gone far and the kitties were also here with us.

Woohoo!! We are all very happy. Our little kitty Patches, the blind one, has a wonderful home!! He went home with a person that works with our mommy. She is a cool lady and we know she is a good match for Patches.
Also, mama was finally caught Monday night and mommy and daddy took her to be spayed on Tuesday. She is recovering at our house and will be released when she is good to go. No more kitties for her (or us. whew)

We again have kitties in the house. Mama had 5 kitties over at our barn. Mommy and Daddy went over (the kitties are around 6-7 weeks old) and caught 3 of them and have them in the house trying to tame them. Daddy is going to try to get the other two today. We can then find homes for them. One of them is blind and Daddy wants to be sure that he goes to a good home. He is very partial to the little blind kitty. We are calling him Patches cause he looks like the one that we think is the daddy. Any way, pics to come. If anyone is interested let us know.

Mama cat has started coming back to the house again now that all the other kittens and cats are gone (well except our 3 kitties). She has started coming to the back door to be fed. We hope mommy and daddy can catch her and get her spayed. That way there will not be any more of those pesky kittens around. We love ours now, but there are more of them than the two of us and that is not fair.

Now that all the other kitties are gone, we have our room back. Well, the cats have the room back. We can go in there, too, but it is the "cat" room. The litter box is in there. They still want to sleep on the bed with the rest of us so now there are Mommy and Daddy, me and Ziggy, Zeke, Charlie, and Zoe. Good thing we have a king bed. We are just one big happy family. :-)

We have found homes for all the little kitties and the mommy, too. I hope they all like their new homes. We had mommy spayed before we would let her go to her new home. They also have one of her little boys, so she will have company. We will miss her, but she really deserved a home of her own. She was so sweet and wanted to be petted all the time. :-)

Well, the cat outside area is a little more daunting than mommy and daddy thought. they are continuing to work on it but it is not finished yet. The rain is making it hard to do the concrete part of it. It will get finished when the rain stops.

Hi everybody!! We are just checking in. Mommy and Daddy are going to do some building this next week. They are going to make a special room that is screened in for the kitties to go out in and still have grass and dirt under their feets. It will also keep them from going into daddy's garden. they been messing up all his plantings. Mommy been telling him to do this and finally he decided it would be a good idea. :-)

This is Tribble, She showed up at our property and we cannot keep her. We have 3 other kitties already along with us two and our other sissy dog. She is pregnant needs a home. She is extremely sweet and friendly. Can anyone help us?

Mommy was very happy this morning, Mama cat has come back to us. she is very thin and hungry and she ate on the steps. Now we hope we can get her in the house again.

Snow, mostly gone now. The kitties keep asking why we keep throwing this cold white stuff all over the place. They look out the door, step on the porch and then immediately look up at us and run back in the house. Silly kitties.

Mommy and Daddy have been able to pet the black and white and the long haired tabby at the barn the past few days. They are very friendly. We are going to try to get pics so our neighbors can tell us if they belong to them. We do not want to take them to the vet until we know for sure.

Well, mama cat has not come back, but now we have 3 more strays over at our barn. We have started feeding them. Two of them are pretty tame and we think it is possible that they are from our neighbors. One is long haired black and white, one is long haired tabby and one is tabby backed with white underbelly. That one looks like could be our mama's twin. Oh and there was also an orange car. The other three chased it off. The other three are all friendly with each other.
