Sick Ewe 🐑
Anamnesis: Farmer reports, a ewe that lambed last September wasn’t herself for the past few days and so the farmer treated the ewe blindly for pneumonia as he wasn’t expecting her to be in lamb.
Oxytetracycline as well as Penicillin was being given for the past few days in which the farmer not only overdosed killing the lambs is questionable.
Doing so he saw a dead lamb in the field and so he then decided it’s best to bring the ewe to the clinic for me to see why she’s still not herself!
On arrival of the ewe to the clinic I physically examined the sheep doing a full examination. Straight away I could smell a funky smell from the caudal area in which I palpated vaginally finding a head stuck in the birth canal.
I quickly took action removing the first one and to my surprise another rotting lamb coming backwards.
After removing both lambs I decided to wash her out and stick a metricure giving her the best possible treatment.
She will be on a course of antibiotics and pain relief for the next few days!

Last year I took a break from racing pigeons and decided to breed a few youngsters for a few lads to race and they did extremely well!
This year I am honoured to announce the return of Team Kiki to club racing🔥
What makes my team unique?
I only race pigeons with colour and I’ve proven that a pigeon with colour will race as good and even better than the standard boring blue bar or dark checkers!

Dog Vaccination Tips!
Puppies should be only vaccinated with their first vaccine shot from 8 weeks and on, the puppies should then be kept indoors until 2 weeks after their final vaccination which is 3/4 weeks after their second dose to ensure suitable immunity is reached.
They are vaccinated against Parvovirus, Distemper, Parainfluenza, Leptospirosis, and Hepatitis in Ireland 🇮🇪(DHPPI L4).
Annual boosters should be given to maintain this immunity especially for L4.
NOTE: Prior to 8 weeks the immunity they receive from their mother may interfere with effective vaccination!!!!
A lot of dog breeders are vaccinating puppies before 8 weeks of age leading to a partial or incomplete immunity so please make sure you repeat the set of vaccinations to insure your dog😁
