It happened again last weekend 😲

We sold out of our Eggs at the Echuca Markets! We are so overwhelmed by how much you all love our eggs, and how each week the market demand seems to be growing!
If you missed my post last week about the SMS blast you can be a part of to ensure you get your eggs, keep reading.

Basically the Thursday before the Saturday market I send a text message to everyone on our market database asking them if they need eggs. All they need to do is respond! This allows us to make sure we have enough reserved for our weekly customers. From there we fill our truck and hope for the best!

If you want to ensure there are eggs ready for you at the Echuca Market send us your phone number and we will add it to our database!

Most people that come to the fox and giraffe know that we make a large proportion of our food, preserves and dressings in house - most of these recipes have been passed down through our families and this is what our little cafe has been built on - family traditions and wholesome food, we get asked so often if we sell our dressings and other products we use so we have decided to branch into this area and share our products with everyone to enjoy at home as well as in the cafe - drop by and checkout our shelves and stay tuned for many more delicious products that are coming through.

Our commitment to minimising waste and ethical farm practices to produce our high-quality, nutrient dense eggs also meant we needed to come up with a sustainable way to use the eggs we couldn’t sell because of their misshapen shape and size.
